A total of 154 singletons pregnant women with cesarean scar pregnancy during the second trimester induced abortion by various reasons in 12 tertiary A hospitals were selected, their pregnant outcomes were observed and the risk factors of serious adverse outcomes were analyzed with univariate and multivariate logstic regression; the role of ultrasound and MRI in predicting placenta accreta and severe adverse outcomes was evaluated, the effectiveness of uterine artery embolization (UAE) in preventing hemorrhage in pregnant women with and without placenta accreta was compared.

Methods: This study was conducted in 296 patients who were treated in our hospital for spinal degeneration. After surgery, these patients were followed up for 1 month.

Objectives: A series of constant anatomical structures were used as guide targets for screw placement to improve the accuracy of cortical screw placement and reduce surgical injury and fluoroscopy radiation. The most commonly used angles and distances between the cortical bone screw insertion point and the lateral margins of the isthmus were selected as the contents of the questionnaire.
Methods: A total of 40 physicians were selected to determine the specific values for each angle and distance.

Background: Currently, both minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis (MIPO) and intramedullary nailing are the two most commonly used methods of treatment in distal tibial fractures, but controversy still exists regarding the clinical effects of 2 techniques. Our purposes were to compare MIPO and intramedullary nailing for distal tibia shaft fractures by assessing functional outcomes and complications.
Methods: Data were collected retrospectively from the charts of patients treated for distal tibial extra-articular fractures between May 2012 and July 2018.

Myocardial cell death during acute myocardial infarction occurs because of acute ischemia, persistent ischemia, reperfusion-associated injury, and the inflammatory infiltrate as a response to cell necrosis. In the present study, quantitative real-time PCR showed that lncRNA Gm4419 was highly upregulated in ischemia/reperfusion myocardial tissues and hypoxia/reoxygenation H9C2 cells, whereas miR-682 was downregulated. Knocking down Gm4419 with sh-Gm4419 resulted in the rescue of myocardial infarction and apoptosis induced by ischemia/reperfusion or hypoxia/reoxygenation.

To investigate the effect of Baicalin on the expression of connexin 36 (Cx36) in cerebral cortex and striatum area of 6-OHDA-induced Parkinson's (PD) model rats and its significance. Male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, 12 in each group: normal control group, PD model group (untreated group), PD model (Medopa group), PD model (Baicalin low dose group) PD model (Baicalin medium dose group) and PD model (Baicalin high dose group). Except for the normal control group, 6-OHDA was injected using microinjection under the mouse brain stereotaxic apparatus to establish the hemiparkinsonian PD model.
