Background: The overexpression of the gene plays an important role in the occurrence, development and evolution of colorectal cancer (CRC). Bromodomain and extraterminal domain (BET) inhibitors can decrease the function BET by recognizing acetylated lysine residues, thereby downregulating the expression of MYC.
Aim: To investigate the inhibitory effect and mechanism of a BET inhibitor on CRC cells.

Objective: To investigate the role of (POL) in promoting revascularization and re-epithelization as well as inhibiting iron aggregation and inflammation of deep tissue pressure injury (DTPI).
Methods: The hydroalcoholic extract of POL (P) and aqueous phase fraction of POL (PD) were prepared based on maceration and liquid-liquid extraction. The number of new blood vessels and VEGF-A expression level were assessed using H&E stain and Western blot on injured muscle to examine the role of POL different extracts in vascularization.
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most prevalent cancer worldwide and the second leading cause of cancer mortality. Signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) proteins are a group of transcription factors implicated in cell signal transduction and gene transcription in several cancer types. However, the level of expression, genetic alterations, and biological function of different STATs, as well as their prognostic and immunotherapeutic value in CRC remain unclear.

In the last decades, several different DM models were established on the classic model animal, the fruit fly (), which provided a convenient way to study the mechanisms underlying diabetes and to discover and evaluate new anti-diabetic compounds. In this article, we introduce the Diabetes model from three aspects, including signal pathways, established methods, and pharmacodynamic evaluations.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic relapsing inflammatory bowel disease with an increasing incidence and prevalence worldwide. The diagnosis for UC mainly relies on clinical symptoms and laboratory examinations. As some previous studies have revealed that there is an association between gene expression signature and disease severity, we thereby aim to assess whether genes can help to diagnose UC and predict its correlation with immune regulation.
