JAK2, MPL and CALR gene mutations play an important role in the onset of myeloproliferative disease(MPD). The latest researches show that the difference of ATP binding ability between the wild type JAK2 protein and mutated JAK2 protein can help us understand the pathogenesis of the MPD further, and the clinical manifestation is related to the mutation burden of the JAK2. In some ET and PMF patients, research find the expression of MPL mutation, which can affects the progress of the disease by collaborating with the JAK2 mutation.

Background: Dual antiplatelet therapy is recommended as a standard antiplatelet strategy in acute coronary syndrome. For those with reduced pharmacologic response to clopidogrel, strengthening antiplatelet therapy (clopidogrel 150mg daily) may reduce adverse clinical events. Ticagrelor is a direct-acting inhibitor of the adenosine diphosphate receptor P2Y12 that has a more rapid onset and offset than clopidogrel.

In the present study, third‑generation autologous‑inactivated bone morphogenic protein 2 (BMP2), BMP4, BMP6, BMP7, BMP9 and Wnt3a lentiviral vectors were constructed and integrated into the genome of MC3T3‑E1 murine mesenchymal stem cells (MMSCs) to produce osteoinductive factor gene‑modified MMSCs. The transfection efficiency of each osteoinductive factor was then determined by detecting the expression levels of runt related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) mRNA. The cotransfection with combinations of two lentiviruses was performed, and the expression levels of bone γ‑carboxyglutamate protein and alkaline phosphatase in the MC3T3‑E1 cell culture supernatant were detected.

We previously reported that LXR ligand, T0901317, inhibited the growth of inoculated Lewis lung carcinoma in C57BL/6 mice by activating IFN-γ production. However, the effects of T0901317 on carcinogen-induced pulmonary carcinomas remain unknown. In this study, we initially conducted a statistical analysis on the data of human lung cancer samples extracted from the TCGA database, and determined that survival rate/time of lung cancer patients and grade of lung adenocarcinoma were positively and negatively related to lung IFN-γ levels, respectively.

Severe aplastic anemia (SAA) is a syndrome of severe bone marrow failure with high mortality. Our previous studies have demonstrated that both immature and activated DC1 increased in the bone marrow of SAA patients, and the balance of DC1 subsets shifted the stable form to active one, which might promote Th0 cells to polarize to Th1 cells and cause the over-function of T lymphocytes and hematopoiesis failure in SAA. So we assumed myeloid dendritic cells (mDCs) may be the key immune cells that cause destruction of hematopoietic cells in SAA, but the mechanism of activation of mDCs is unclear.
