Objective: To compare the differences in diagnosing breast lesions between gadobenate (Gd-DTPA) and gadopentetate dimeglumine (Gd-BOPTA) in MR dynamic enhancement scanning.
Methods: Continuous collection patients because of breast lesions from General Hospital of Lanzhou Command PLA in August 2012 to December 2014. Fifty-three women with breast lesions detected by clinical touch or by X-ray mammography and ultrasound examination were included.

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic performances of CT and MRI in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation through the Meta analytical method.
Method: The relevant English and Chinese articles published between 1980 and 2010 were searched in PubMed, Medline, Ovid database, Cochrane library and Chinese Periodical Web. According to the criteria for diagnostic researches published by Cochrane Method Group on Screening and Diagnostic Tests, each article was critically appraised and screened with regards to the absolute numbers of true-positive, false-negative, true-negative and false-positive.

Background: The etiology of Kashin-Beck disease, an endemic osteochondropathy, is unknown. Environmental factors, including selenium deficiency, have been proposed as potential risk factors, but the onset and frequency of this disease vary among groups with similar environmental exposures. Some cases of osteoarthritis that share similar pathological features with Kashin-Beck disease have been associated with specific chromosomal short tandem repeats.

Objective: To test the effect of resvertrol on protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier in rats with severe acute pancreatitis.
Methods: Twenty four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: severe acute pancreatitis without treatments (SAP group), severe acute pancreatitis with sham-operations (SO group), and severe acute pancreatitis treated with resveratrol (RES group). Specimen were obtained 6 hours after the severe acute pancreatitis was induced.

Objective: To understand the HBV infection rate of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from fetuses of HBsAg positive mothers, associated risk factors and to explore the clinical significance of detecting HBV infected PBMCs.
Methods: Sixty eight pregnant women who were delivered at the First Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, China from August 1995 to February 1997, and their newborns were studied. They were divided into two groups according to their status of HBV serological markers.
