Background: Garsorasib (D-1553; InventisBio, Shangai, China), a potent KRAS inhibitor, has shown promising antitumour activity in patients with KRAS-mutated (ie, Gly12Cys) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in a phase 1 study.
