Precancerous lesions typically precede gastric cancer (GC), but the molecular mechanisms underlying the transition from these lesions to GC remain unclear. Therefore, it is urgent to understand this transition from precancerous lesions to GC, which is crucial for the early diagnosis and treatment of GC. In this study, we merged multiple single-cell RNA sequencing datasets to investigate the molecular changes in distinct cell types associated with the progression of GC.

Numerous studies have shown that different subtypes of breast cancer (BC) have significant differences in terms of the tumor microbiome, host gene expression, and histopathological image, whereas the biological links between these cancer-associated indicators are still unknown. Here, we performed a comprehensive analysis with 610 patients of the four subtypes of BC with matched tissue microbiota, host transcriptome, and histopathological image samples. Correlation analysis showed that the composition of intratumoral viruses shaped the tumor microenvironment (TME) of patients with BC, and the TME was further reflected in the histopathological images.

as a STAD Prognostic Biomarker Associated with Immune Infiltration.

Diagnostics (Basel)

October 2022

Department of Digestive Internal Medicine, Daqing Longnan Hospital, The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College, Daqing 163000, China.

Expression of MAGE family member A11 () is upregulated in different tumors. However, in gastric cancer, the prognostic significance of and its relationship with immune infiltration remain largely unknown. The expression of in pan-cancer and the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) and survival impact of gastric cancer were evaluated by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA).

This study aimed at the preparation of nano-microbubbles (NMBs) and the curative effect of 125I particles for primary liver cancer guided by abdominal interventional ultrasound. NMBs were prepared by the thin-film hydration method, and NMBs and 125I particles were connected by biotin to obtain the NMBs-125I complex.36 patients with primary liver cancer treated in X Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected.

Background: The expression of Coiled-Coil Domain Containing 134(CCDC134) is up-regulated in different pan-cancer species. However, its prognostic value and correlation with immune infiltration in breast cancer are unclear. Therefore, we evaluated the prognostic role of CCDC134 in breast cancer and its correlation with immune invasion.

Objective: Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is one of the most aggressive malignancies characterized by neuroendocrine (NE) differentiation. The Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3), as a direct downstream target of ASCL1, is involved in NE differentiation and carcinogenesis of SCLC. This study aims to investigate the relationship between ASCL1 and DLL3 expressions and their clinicopathological implications in SCLC.
