Introduction: Type 1 cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) is defined as acute decompensated heart failure (AHF) leading to secondary acute kidney injury. Few studies have evaluated the reliability of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in assessing outcomes in patients with type 1 CRS. We sought to identify echocardiographic predictors of outcomes (death and rehospitalization) in patients with type 1 CRS.

The suggested study adheres to a particular protocol to ensure that the process is environmentally friendly and sustainable. It is worth mentioning that several tools have been adopted as prospective measures of the method greenness. Fortunately, the established analytical method is identified as white by the white analytical chemistry (WAC) concept, which uses the red/ green/blue color scheme (RGB 12 tool) to combine ecological and functional factors for the first time in studying of the cited drug.

Plants of the genus have notable use in folklore medicines as well as being used for pharmacological purposes. The present work explored the biological predispositions of and attempted to accomplish a comprehensive chemical profile through GC-MS of different fractions concerning polarity (chloroform and -butanol) and LC-ESI-MS of methanolic extract by both positive and negative ionization modes. The biological characteristics such as antioxidant potential were assessed by applying six different methods.

Background: Leiomyomas are benign tumors observed mainly in adult women. The retroperitoneum is a rare location for leiomyomas; almost 100 cases have been reported. Because retroperitoneal leiomyomas are paucisymptomatic and the tumor size at diagnosis is relatively large, surgical management is challenging.
