We are presenting a case of TTP with undetectable levels of ADAMTS 13 in a 39-year-old woman. Diagnosis of systemic lupus was evoked in the setting of thrombotic microangiopathy. The patient presented normal renal function but important neurological impairment.

Three newly discovered viruses have been recently described in diarrheal patients: Cosavirus (CosV) and Salivirus (SalV), two picornaviruses, and Bufavirus (BuV), a parvovirus. The detection rate and the role of these viruses remain to be established in acute gastroenteritis (AGE) in diarrheal Tunisian infants. From October 2010 through March 2012, stool samples were collected from 203 children <5 years-old suffering from AGE and attending the Children's Hospital in Monastir, Tunisia.

Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD) is cardiomyopathy where normal myocardial tissue is replaced with fibrofatty tissue. Histological examination performed on myocardial biopsy or on autopsy samples are used to confirm the diagnosis. However, in many cases, the diagnosis cannot be made on a simple macroscopic and histological study and requires genetic analysis and molecular biology.

Epidural emphysema is an exceptional complication of bronchial asthma, revealed by an incidental finding in chest tomography. We report a case of a 21-year-old man admitted with asthma attack complicated by subcutaneous and mediastinal emphysema. Chest tomography confirmed the mediastinal emphysema and also revealed the epidural emphysema within the vertebral canal.
