Background: Numerous strategies for preventing abusive head trauma (AHT) have been proposed, but controlled studies failed to demonstrate their effectiveness. Digital tools may improve the effectiveness of AHT prevention strategies by reaching a large proportion of the adult population.
Objective: This study aimed to describe the characteristics of videos of AHT prevention published on the internet, including their quality content, and to study their association with popularity.

Objective: We aim to use large language models (LLMs) to detect mentions of nuanced psychotherapeutic outcomes and impacts than previously considered in transcripts of interviews with adolescent depression. Our clinical authors previously created a novel coding framework containing fine-grained therapy outcomes beyond the binary classification (eg, depression vs control) based on qualitative analysis embedded within a clinical study of depression. Moreover, we seek to demonstrate that embeddings from LLMs are informative enough to accurately label these experiences.

The importance of maintaining data privacy and complying with regulatory requirements is highlighted especially when sharing omic data between different research centers. This challenge is even more pronounced in the scenario where a multi-center effort for collaborative omics studies is necessary. OmicSHIELD is introduced as an open-source tool aimed at overcoming these challenges by enabling privacy-protected federated analysis of sensitive omic data.

Background: Ampullary carcinoma (AC) is a rare and severe gastrointestinal cancer with a disease recurrence rate of around 40% after curative-intent surgery and for which the main prognostic factors and adjuvant treatment decision remain a matter of debate.
Patients And Methods: The FFCD-AC cohort is a French nationwide prospective cohort, which included patients with non-metastatic resected AC. The primary objective of this study was to describe prognostic factors associated with disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) after pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) so as to propose a user-friendly score to better estimate the risk of recurrence.

Background: Pertussis vaccination in young mothers aims to protect neonates through cocooning. We estimated pertussis vaccination coverage (VC) in women at two months postpartum in France in 2021, and the proportion of women who got vaccinated in the first two months postpartum; associated determinants were studied.
Methods: We used data from the 2021 National Perinatal Surveys conducted in metropolitan France (ENP 2021) and French overseas territories (ENP-DROM 2021).

Background: Should COVID-19 have a direct impact on the risk of depression, it would suggest specific pathways for prevention and treatment. In this retrospective population-based study, we aimed to examine the association of prior SARS-CoV-2 infection with depressive symptoms, distinguishing self-reported . biologically confirmed COVID-19.

Objective: To assess the frequency of fetal therapy for fetuses with congenital pulmonary malformations (CPMs) and to investigate their short-term outcomes.
Method: The study population included 435 singleton fetuses diagnosed with CPMs from a national population-based cohort study in France in 2015-2018. Information was obtained from medical records on CPM volume ratio (CVR), signs of compression, fetal therapy and perinatal outcomes.

Purpose: The primary objective was to evaluate the impact of necrotising enterocolitis (NEC) and spontaneous intestinal perforation (SIP) on mortality and neurodevelopmental outcomes at 2 years' corrected age (CA) in infants born before 32 weeks' gestation (WG).
Methods: We studied neurodevelopment at 2 years' CA of infants with NEC or SIP who were born before 32 WG from the EPIPAGE-2 cohort study. The primary outcome was death or the presence of moderate-to-severe motor or sensory disability defined by moderate-to-severe cerebral palsy or hearing or visual disability.

Background: Many patients with schizophrenia have symptoms that do not respond to antipsychotics. This condition is called treatment-resistant schizophrenia and has not received specific attention as opposed to general schizophrenia. Psychological and psychosocial interventions as an add-on treatment to pharmacotherapy could be useful, but their role and comparative efficacy to each other and to standard care in this population are not known.

Objectives: Data about hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) levels during pregnancy are sparse. We assessed HCQ whole blood levels at first trimester of pregnancy as a potential predictor of maternal and obstetric/fetal outcomes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
