This obsession with a healthy diet with deleterious consequences raises questions of differential clinical evaluation. Case studies and clinical illustrations provide a better understanding of what some orthorexic people think, feel, do and experience in having these restrictive and deviant relationships to food.

Sexual violence against minors is diverse and is subject to different criminal qualifications. Health professionals, and clinicians in general, may get to know certain perpetrators in order to assess, guide and/or treat them. This can be complicated if these professionals are not aware of the reality of the situations mentioned.

In an effort to improve the quality of life of people with chronic diseases, care practices have been enriched by therapeutic patient education (TPE). This aims at the acquisition of plural knowledge and skills by patients, which promotes optimal management of the disease on a daily basis and of the resulting changes, limiting their negative repercussions on their autonomy and well-being. Contrary to the objective sought by orthorexics, orthorexia ends up affecting health more or less seriously. For these subjects, who are often asocial eaters in search of the perfect food, the obsession with healthy eating becomes unhealthy. Between psychopathology and certain modern eating incentives, this still relatively unknown disorder must be detected, evaluated and treated in order to prevent its harmful consequences.

For serious cases of COVID-19, with severe respiratory failure due to damage to the lungs by SARS-CoV-2, hospitalisation in intensive care with intubation is often essential. What psychotraumatic risks does this episode present for these patients? Are these sudden, complex treatments, sometimes with fatal outcomes and frequently reported in the media, also a factor in the appearance of psychological trauma for families? The psychopathological effects of the spread of the SARS-Cov-2 and the COVID-19 pandemic are mainly related to the preventive measures imposing a lockdown on the general population: anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, depression, addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder, symptoms of psychosis, etc. More specific categories of the population have been particularly exposed to the harmful psychological impact of this epidemic: caregivers, patients receiving mental health care, patients hospitalised for COVID-19 and their families. These psychopathological effects can be observed in France, and also abroad, notably in Spain.

The desire for emotional and/or sexual relations, although universally felt, is not freely expressed because it's usually shaped by modesty, taboos, the norms and values of the surroundings and of the cultural environment of the people who feel such a desire. It is even constrained, or repressed, by certain laws. This complexity can be significantly increased by the existence of mental health disorders requiring psychiatric care in secure units.

Units for difficult patients are secure psychiatric wards for people with mental health disorders who could have or who have displayed dangerous behaviour. In this article, four students in their 3rd year of nursing studies share their experience on such a ward during their practice placement at Cadillac general hospital. Their learning and discovery of nursing care alongside experienced professionals enabled them to develop their competencies and change their perception of psychiatry.

The nurses in the unit for difficult patients at Cadillac hospital have developed an innovative art therapy concept: Melting-Pain Therapy. In this workshop patients produce a collective piece of art created through participants' individual sessions with a nurse. These patients are exclusively men, suffering mainly from schizophrenia, who have been or who are potentially dangerous.
