Purpose: To study the effects of breathing techniques for anxiety, perceived pain, and patient satisfaction while receiving intravitreal injections.
Method: This prospective, randomized clinical study included patients admitted for intravitreal anti-VEGF injections. They were randomized into two groups: a relaxation group who listened to a prerecorded relaxation breathing session before and during the injection, and a control group who received the injection without a relaxation session.

Introduction: In the case of mucous cysts with attenuated skin, the authors suggest radical excision of the cyst together with the overlying skin. The skin defect is repaired with a bilobed flap whose donor site is left to heal by secondary intention. This surgical procedure also allows exploration of other areas of mucoid degeneration and repair of the proximal nail fold when necessary.

Background: Congenital long QT syndrome is rare, usually revealed by bouts of syncopal attacks secondary to effort or strong emotions, and more rarely by atypical epileptic crisis.
Case Reports: We report a family history of two boys whose mother and grandmother both died suddenly a few days after delivery. The oldest child was 10 years old when admitted to hospital for recurrent loss of consciousness.
