Objectives: The aim of this study was to translate the Stigma Resistance Scale into French and to examine its psychometric qualities to measure stigma resistance in people with psychotic disorders.
Methods: The Stigma Resistance Scale was rigorously translated into French, involving translation, back-translation, and adjustments based on focus groups. The French version of the Stigma Resistance Scale comprises 20 items divided into five subscales measuring resistance to stigma at different levels.

The psychologist working in an institution plays a specific role within a multidisciplinary team, where skills are multiple but complementary. As part of a holistic approach, the psychologist's position in relation to other team members, the different functions he or she occupies and his or her ethical responsibility are essential elements in the support provided. Whether supporting professionals or caring for patients, the psychologist brings unique resources to the relational space.

Vascular inflammation is widely recognized as an important factor in the atherosclerotic process, particularly in terms of plaque development and progression. Conventional tests, such as measuring circulating inflammatory biomarkers, lack the precision to identify specific areas of vascular inflammation. In this context, noninvasive imaging modalities can detect perivascular fat changes, serving as a marker of vascular inflammation.

The functional organization of the frontal lobe is a source of debate, focusing on broad functional subdivisions, large-scale networks, or local refined specificities. Multiple neurocognitive models have tried to explain how functional interactions between cingulate and lateral frontal regions contribute to decision making and cognitive control, but their neuroanatomical bases remain unclear. We provide a detailed description of the functional connectivity between cingulate and lateral frontal regions using resting-state functional MRI in rhesus macaques.

Objective: Pain in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders remains underdiagnosed due to their inherent communication difficulties. The goal of this review is to identify the most suitable methods for assessing pain in this population and for evaluating the specific perceptions of, or behavioural reactions to, pain whilst considering disorder severity and specifiers (with or without accompanying intellectual impairment, with or without accompanying language impairment).
Method: A systematic review and analysis of the international literature was conducted.

Humans face a dynamic world that requires them to constantly update their knowledge. Each observation should influence their knowledge to a varying degree depending on whether it arises from a stochastic fluctuation or an environmental change. Thus, humans should dynamically adapt their learning rate based on each observation.

Background: The use of thrombectomy in patients with acute stroke and a large infarct of unrestricted size has not been well studied.
Methods: We assigned, in a 1:1 ratio, patients with proximal cerebral vessel occlusion in the anterior circulation and a large infarct (as defined by an Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomographic Score of ≤5; values range from 0 to 10) detected on magnetic resonance imaging or computed tomography within 6.5 hours after symptom onset to undergo endovascular thrombectomy and receive medical care (thrombectomy group) or to receive medical care alone (control group).

Decision-making in noisy, changing, and partially observable environments entails a basic tradeoff between immediate reward and longer-term information gain, known as the exploration-exploitation dilemma. Computationally, an effective way to balance this tradeoff is by leveraging uncertainty to guide exploration. Yet, in humans, empirical findings are mixed, from suggesting uncertainty-seeking to indifference and avoidance.

An abundant literature reports on 'sequential effects' observed when humans make predictions on the basis of stochastic sequences of stimuli. Such sequential effects represent departures from an optimal, Bayesian process. A prominent explanation posits that humans are adapted to changing environments, and erroneously assume non-stationarity of the environment, even if the latter is static.

Detection of deviant stimuli is crucial to orient and adapt our behavior. Previous work shows that deviant stimuli elicit phasic activation of the locus coeruleus (LC), which releases noradrenaline and controls central arousal. However, it is unclear whether the detection of behaviorally relevant deviant stimuli selectively triggers LC responses or other neuromodulatory systems (dopamine, serotonin, and acetylcholine).

Background & Aims: A growing proportion of children with short bowel syndrome (SBS) remain dependent on long-term parenteral nutrition (PN). Teduglutide offers the potential for more children to decrease PN support and achieve enteral autonomy (EA), but at a significant expense. This study aims to assess the incremental costs of teduglutide plus standard of care compared to standard of care alone in weaning PN support per quality-adjusted life year (QALY) gained in children with SBS.

Background: The predominance of the psychodynamic approach is often put forward to explain the delay in diagnosis and treatment of attention-deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADHD) reported in France.
Objective: A bibliometric study of abstracts, articles, or letters authored by French researchers may provide objective insight into this issue.
Methods: Online electronic databases were searched without any date limits for documents related to ADHD, and allocated to the AllFR group when all authors had an affiliation in France or to the notAllFR group when at least one author had an affiliation in France.

The fifth edition of the World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Tumors of the Central Nervous System has identified many new tumor types and has established, for the first time, essential and desirable diagnostic criteria for each of them. Among these, genetic alterations play an important role associated with morphology. For the first time, epigenetic data can also constitute essential and/or desirable criteria.

Aim: To develop clinical practice recommendations for nurse-administered intramuscular injections in mental health.
Background: Intramuscular injection is the main route of long-acting injectable antipsychotics' administration that appear to improve the long-term prognosis of mental illness. The step of going to a therapist is the fruit of a contingency of life, a painful reality, sometimes hardly noticeable and which becomes repetitive or unbearable. The therapist takes support on this adventure which begins in order to reveal the object which is nestled in the patient's speech. To orientate this work, the transference, the symptom and the part of jouissance are crossed.

Identifying genetic risk factors for highly heterogeneous disorders like epilepsy remains challenging. Here, we present the largest whole-exome sequencing study of epilepsy to date, with >54,000 human exomes, comprising 20,979 deeply phenotyped patients from multiple genetic ancestry groups with diverse epilepsy subtypes and 33,444 controls, to investigate rare variants that confer disease risk. These analyses implicate seven individual genes, three gene sets, and four copy number variants at exome-wide significance.

Introduction: Rural residence appears to be a factor of vulnerability among pregnant women with poor clinical antenatal care. Our principal objective is to assess the impact of an infrastructure for a mobile antenatal care clinic on the completion of antenatal care for women identified as geographically vulnerable in a perinatal network.
Methods And Analysis: Controlled cluster-randomised study in two parallel arms comparing an intervention group with an open-label control group.
