Personal recovery is central to Australian mental health standards, but promoting recovery-oriented practice remains a wicked problem (ie complex, with definitions and appropriate interventions impacted upon by context and values), with limited evidence regarding effective implementation. This case study re-examines a statewide initiative to enhance recovery-oriented practice in older people's mental health services in New South Wales from the perspective of complex adaptive systems. The initiative consisted of three key strategies: (1) statewide collaborative leadership and practice resources; (2) locally determined and led improvement projects; and (3) evaluating, disseminating and sustaining initiative outcomes.

Objectives: To report the results of orbital decompression surgery associated with aesthetic eyelid surgery in one stage for aesthetic rehabilitation of patients affected by thyroid eye disease.
Methods: Retrospective, multicentric study including 40 consecutive patients, who underwent orbital decompression surgery associated with aesthetic eyelid surgery in two centers: Genova (group 1) + Buenos Aires (group 2).

Methods: Charts of all patients with SB at the Shriners Hospital for Children in Houston, Texas, seen between July 2011 and June 2013 were retrospectively reviewed. Daily intake of milk, vitamins, amount of screen time, and time spent outdoors were recorded along with height, weight, body mass index, and serum vitamin D levels.
