In an effort to expedite the publication of articles, AJHP is posting manuscripts online as soon as possible after acceptance. Accepted manuscripts have been peer-reviewed and copyedited, but are posted online before technical formatting and author proofing. These manuscripts are not the final version of record and will be replaced with the final article (formatted per AJHP style and proofed by the authors) at a later time.

Ovarian-type epithelial tumors involving the testis and paratestis are rare, with clear cell carcinomas (CCC) one of the least frequent. We report our experience with 4 müllerian-type (MT) CCCs presenting as testicular/scrotal masses and arising in the paratestis (n=2) and seminal vesicle (n=2; well supported in 1 case and likely in the other). In addition, we document 3 cases of papillary CCC exclusively within the rete testis (RTCCC) and seminiferous tubules and differing from the MT tumors.

Objective: Surgical transgastric pancreatic necrosectomy (STGN) has the potential to overcome the shortcomings (ie, repeat interventions, prolonged hospitalization) of the step-up approach for infected necrotizing pancreatitis. We aimed to determine the outcomes of STGN for infected necrotizing pancreatitis.
Materials And Methods: This observational cohort study included adult patients who underwent STGN for infected necrosis at two centers from 2008 to 2022.

Objectives: To develop a prediction model for hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (HDP) and gestational diabetes (GDM) in twin pregnancies utilizing characteristics at the prenatal care entry level.
Methods: Cross-sectional study using the US national live birth data between 2016 and 2021. The association of all prenatal candidate variables with HDP and GDM was tested with uni- and multi-variable logistic regression analyses.

Objectives: To reach an international expert consensus on the diagnosis, prognosis and management of fetal lower urinary tract obstruction (LUTO) by means of a Delphi procedure, and to use this to define a core outcome set (COS).
Methods: A three-round Delphi procedure was conducted among an international panel of experts in fetal LUTO. The panel was provided with a list of literature-based parameters to consider for the diagnosis, prognosis, management and outcomes of LUTO.

Introduction: Our objective was to investigate outcomes in twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) treated with fetoscopic laser surgery (FLS) at <18 weeks vs ≥18 weeks, and to conduct subgroup analysis of TTTS with FLS at <16 weeks vs 16-18 weeks.
Material And Methods: PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science were searched systematically from inception until May 2023. Primary outcome was survival, and secondary outcomes included preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM), preterm birth and gestational age (GA) at delivery.

Backgrounds: Cleft lip with or without cleft palate (CL/P) is the most common congenital craniofacial anomaly, including non-syndromic cleft lip with or without cleft palate and cleft palate only. Failure in the fusion of median and lateral nasal processes, the maxillary prominence, and soft tissues around the oral cavity can cause CL/P. Previously, the prevalence has been estimated to be 1 among every 1000 births in 2014 among American neonates and no other reports have been available since.

Objective: Fetal growth restriction is an independent risk factor for fetal death and adverse neonatal outcomes. The main aim of this study was to investigate the diagnostic performance of 32 vs 36 weeks ultrasound of fetal biometry in detecting late-onset fetal growth restriction and predicting small-for-gestational-age neonates.
Data Sources: A systematic search was performed to identify relevant studies published until June 2022, using the databases PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus.

Background: Alcohol relapse occurs frequently in alcohol-associated hepatitis (AH) survivors, but data on the frequency and course of recurrent alcohol-associated hepatitis (rAH) are sparse. We investigated the incidence, risk factors, and outcomes of rAH.
Methods: Hospitalized patients with AH from 2010 to 2020 at a large health care system were followed until death/liver transplant, last follow-up, or end of study (December 31, 2021).

Acute onset of a cold, painful leg, also known as acute limb ischemia, describes the sudden loss of perfusion to the lower extremity and carries significant risk of morbidity and mortality. Acute limb ischemia requires rapid identification and the management of suspected vascular compromise and is inherently driven by clinical considerations. The objectives of initial imaging include confirmation of diagnosis, identifying the location and extent of vascular occlusion, and preprocedural/presurgical planning.

Pain is prevalent in patients with cirrhosis. Due to potential alterations in drug metabolism, risk for adverse effects, and complications from cirrhosis, physicians are often faced with difficult choices when choosing appropriate analgesics in these patients. Overall, acetaminophen remains the preferred analgesic.

Ebstein anomaly (EA) is a rare congenital cardiac malformation associated with high perinatal mortality. In this systematic review and meta-analysis, we aimed to investigate the outcomes of pregnancies affected by EA or tricuspid valve dysplasia (TVD) with circular shunt, focusing on two prenatal management approaches: (1) expectant management (EM) and (2) transplacental non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) therapy. We searched PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science systematically from its inception until June 2023.

Background: Pseudoamniotic band sequence (PABS) is a rare iatrogenic consequence of invasive fetal interventions, most commonly fetoscopic laser surgery (FLS) in monochorionic multiple pregnancies complicated by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).
Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate prenatal risk factors and perinatal outcomes for pregnancies involving PABS after FLS for TTTS and compare outcomes between those undergoing fetoscopic band release versus not.
Method: We conducted a systematic search of PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science on studies reporting PABS following FLS for TTTS.

To investigate outcomes of fetuses with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) with an intact or restrictive atrial septum (I/RAS) managed expectantly or with fetal atrial septal intervention (FASI PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were searched systematically from inception until April 2023. Outcomes were classified by those who had FASI and those who had expectant management (EM). To estimate the overall proportion of each endpoint, a meta-analysis of proportions was employed using a random-effects model.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the natural history of selective intrauterine growth restriction in monochorionic twin pregnancies based on the Gratacós classification, including progression of, improvement in, or stability of umbilical artery Dopplers and progression to twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome or twin anemia polycythemia syndrome. We also aimed to investigate risk factors for smaller twin demise.
Data Sources: A systematic search was performed to identify relevant studies published in English up to June 2022 using the databases PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science STUDY ELIGIBILITY: We used retrospective and prospective studies published in English that reported on selective intrauterine growth restriction without concomitant twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.

Objectives: To determine the incremental diagnostic yield of exome sequencing (ES) after negative chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) in cases of prenatally diagnosed agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC) and to identify the associated genes and variants.
Methods: A systematic search was performed to identify relevant studies published up until June 2022 using four databases: PubMed, SCOPUS, Web of Science and The Cochrane Library. Studies in English reporting on the diagnostic yield of ES following negative CMA in prenatally diagnosed partial or complete ACC were included.

As the incidence of thoracoabdominal aortic pathology (aneurysm and dissection) rises and the complexity of endovascular and surgical treatment options increases, imaging follow-up of patients remains crucial. Patients with thoracoabdominal aortic pathology without intervention should be monitored carefully for changes in aortic size or morphology that could portend rupture or other complication. Patients who are post endovascular or open surgical aortic repair should undergo follow-up imaging to evaluate for complications, endoleak, or recurrent pathology.
