Background: The current guideline for the management of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is insufficient for accurate risk prediction to guide adjuvant therapy. Given frequent and severe therapeutic side effects, a better estimate of survival is warranted for risk-specific assignment to adjuvant treatment.
