Objective: To assess the effectiveness and safety of the total glucosides of paeony (TGP) combined with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) on the treatment of primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) by conducting a meta-analysis.
Methods: Eight databases were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reporting the use of TGP combined with HCQ for pSS, which are before May 10, 2022. Meta-analyses were performed on disappeared clinical symptoms (dry mouth and dry eyes), Schirmer's test, saliva flow test, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), index of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin A (IgA), and adverse events (AEs).

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effects of uterine arterial chemoembolization (UACE) combined with uterine curettage treating with cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) patients, and analyze the influencing factors of postoperative efficacy.
Methods: A total of 86 patients with CSP from January 2019 to December 2021 in the Gynecology ward of our hospital were selected and divided into the control group ( = 43) and the observation group ( = 43) according to the random number method. The control group was treated with an injection of methotrexate (MTX) combined with uterine curettage, and the observation group was treated with UACE combined with uterine curettage.

Objective: To compare the effects of hysteroscopic cold broad sword play combined with estrogen and progestin sequential therapy and drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets in patients with severe intrauterine adhesion.
Methods: One hundred and eight patients with severe IUA admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected for the study. Patients were divided according to their treatment regimen into group A ( = 54) treated with hysteroscopic cold broad sword play + drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets and group B ( = 54) treated with hysteroscopic cold broad sword play + estrogen and progestin sequential therapy.

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of sodium valproate and levetiracetam in the treatment of women with epilepsy during pregnancy.
Methods: The clinical data of 124 women with epilepsy during pregnancy who received monotherapy with antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) in our hospital from September 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the type of medication taken by the patients, they were recorded as the sodium valproate group (the VPA group, = 56) and the levetiracetam group (the LEV group, = 68 cases).

Background: The purpose of this study was to explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of ruptured bleeding of ectopic pregnancy.
Methods: From January 2015 to January 2020, 164 patients with rupture and bleeding of ectopic pregnancy who needed laparoscopic treatment in the department of gynecology at our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the basic nursing group and the comprehensive nursing group, with 82 cases each. During the perioperative period, comprehensive nursing intervention or basic nursing intervention were performed, and the nursing effects of the two nursing interventions were compared.

Methods: From January 2016 to January 2018, 128 patients at our hospital who needed indwelling CVC for drainage of MPE were randomly divided into an infection prevention group and a conventional group. The corresponding nursing plan was given to compare the 2 groups in several measures, including nursing effect and complications.

Background: Pregnancy and childbirth are the main causes of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). Although pelvic floor muscle tension is typically measured at 42 days postpartum to assess the severity of PFD and provide timely rehabilitation, it is still impossible to predict PFD and take targeted preventive measures in clinical practice. A PFD prediction model based on big data obtained in prenatal check-ups was established in this study to allow the formulation of personalized preventive strategies to reduce the incidence of PFD.
