Relapse remains the main cause of treatment failure in patients with myeloid malignancies even after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). We observed a particularly low incidence of relapse in patients prepared with fludarabine, busulfan and melphalan in our previous study and this multicenter retrospective analysis aimed to confirm the feasibility of the regimen and to identify the potential prognostic factors. This study was performed using registry data from adults patients with myeloid malignancies who underwent their first allo-HSCT following fludarabine(≥100 mg/m), busulfan (≥3.

This study aimed to investigate the intercorrelation among long noncoding RNA MALAT1 (lnc-MALAT1), microRNA-125b (miR-125b), FOXQ1, PTGS2 and CDK5, as well as their correlations with disease risk, severity and progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD). In total, 120 AD patients, 120 Parkinson's disease (PD) patients and 120 controls were enrolled. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples were collected from 50 AD patients, 50 PD patients and 50 controls; plasma samples were obtained from all participants.

α-Na8SiW11CoO40 was synthesized and characterized. The inhibitory effects of α-Na8SiW11CoO40 on the activity of mushroom tyrosinase and the effects of α-Na8SiW11CoO40 on the browning of fresh-cut apples were studied. The Native-PAGE result showed that α-Na8SiW11CoO40 had a significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase.
