[Research Progress on Cytometric Bead Assay for Platelet Antibody Detection].

Anti-platelet specific antibody is one of the most important reasons leading to thrombocytopenia and megakaryocyte dysmaturity. The detection of platelet autoantibodies is an important step in the diagnosis of ITP because of the absence of specific clinic feature. The monoclonal antibody-specific immobilization of platelet antigens (MAIPA) has become a "gold standard" for determination of PLT specific antibody, which has high specificity and low sensitivity.

[Risk factors and outcome of invasive fungal infection in 79 patients received allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation].

Objective: To study the incidence, risk factors and outcome of invasive fungal infection(IFI) in the recipients with allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation(HSCT).

Methods: 79 cases received HSCT in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2014 with complete data were analyzed retrospectively according to the diagnostic criteria of IFI. the clinical features, risk factors and outcome of IFI were investigated and analysed.

[Clinical study of cytomegalovirus infection after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation].

This study was purposed to investigate the cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection and its related factors after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). A total of 108 patients who received allo-HSCT in zhongda hospital from January 1, 2004 to March 31, 2014 were enrolled in this study. The CMV infection rate and the median time when the CMV-DNA was positive for the first time, and the risk factors related with CMV infection, CMV disease distribution and mortality after allo-HSCT were analyzed.

[Myeloid/natural killer cell precursor and myeloid/natural killer cell acute leukemia].

With the popularity of flow cytometry, the classification of leukemia become more detailed. Myeloid/natural killer cell precursor acute leukemia and myeloid/natural killer cell acute leukemias are generally recognized as two kinds of rare leukemias and have poor prognosis. The cells expressed both myeloid and lymphatic antigens in these two leukemia and can not be diagnosed by morphology.

[Progress of microRNA in diagnosis and prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma-review].

MicroRNA (miRNA) is a class of naturally occurring short non-coding small molecular RNA with 19-25 nucleotide. MiRNA can regulate gene expression through incompletely binding to complementary sequences in the 3'UTR of target mRNA. MiRNA plays key regulatory role in a diverse rang of pathways, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, stem cell development.
