This paper investigates optimal ordering strategies in supply chains under two-level price fluctuations and initial profit allocation. By utilizing Copula functions to model the complex relationship between fluctuating prices and uncertain demand, the study develops both continuous and discrete decision models for practical applications. A discrete algorithm is proposed to approximate the optimal solution, with its convergence rigorously proven.

A rational evaluation of the rural credit environment's current state and identification of its critical issues are crucial for enhancing the construction of rural social credit systems. Drawing on the "Outline for the Construction of the Social Credit System (2014-2020)" and related literature, this paper clarifies the concepts and measurement principles of the rural credit environment. This study innovatively constructs an evaluation framework for the rural credit environment and conducts quantitative measurements and statistical analyses using a combined weighting method to delineate the environment's current state.

Background: The Great Famine in China from 1959 to 1961 is recognized as one of the most severe social and public health disasters of the 20th century, with profound long-term impacts on the health of survivors, particularly on their mental health. Early-life malnutrition and psychological trauma are considered to contribute to a range of health issues in adulthood, including depression.
Objective: This study aims to explore how the experience of the Chinese Great Famine from 1959 to 1961 affects the risk of depressive symptoms among the elderly.

Against the backdrop of global aging and escalating pressures on family caregiving, this study delves into the impact of health check-ups for the elderly on alleviating the objective burden of family caregiving by analyzing China's Free Health Check-up Program (FHCP). Using an unbalanced panel dataset spanning 2011, 2013, 2015, 2018, and 2020, comprising approximately 35,000 observations of the elderly population aged 65 and above, the research employs the Difference-in-Differences method. The research reveals a significant 9.

Power disparity, as an important form of internal team hierarchy, presents a "double-edged sword effect". To reconcile the inconsistent effects and systematically explore the different mechanisms of power disparity, this study constructs a comprehensive theoretical model based on power functionalism and power conflict theory, with team coordination and team conflict as dual mediators, and power legitimacy as moderator. By collecting valid questionnaires from 76 teams across 27 different types of companies in various regions, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted on the data.

This paper investigates the pilot control strategy and workload associated with the manned electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft. This research aims to identify control strategies that are both rational and effective in reducing the pilot's workload. Although the Cooper-Harper rating (HQR, Handling Quality Rating) remains the prevalent benchmark for assessing pilot workload, its subjective nature often complicates the precise quantitative identification of the key factors influencing workload.

In this paper, we combined the necessary condition analysis (NCA) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to explore the configuration effects of entrepreneur's social identity and decision logic on resource bootstrapping behaviors. Analysis of 411 questionnaire date acquired from novice entrepreneurs, we found that none of single antecedent condition of both the entrepreneur's social identity and decision logic constitute the necessary condition of novice entrepreneurs' high resource bootstrapping behaviors.

As the main form of digital trade, cross-border e-commerce plays an important role, allowing China to expand its opening-up and promote the optimal foreign trade structure. It also provides opportunities for Chinese enterprises to develop digital technology. From the perspective of the establishment of China's cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone (CBECPZ), this article uses the multi-period DID method to examine the effects of cross-border e-commerce on enterprise digital technology innovation based on listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2007 to 2020.

Townships (towns, streets) represent the foundational layer of China's administrative structure, and the quality of their credit environment is crucial for underpinning the development of a primary-level social credit system. This initiative aims to accelerate the establishment of the social credit system and cultivate a trustworthy economic and social environment. Starting from the three major fields of government, business and society, and focusing on integrity culture and credit innovation, the article proposes an innovative evaluation framework for primary-level credit environment and it can become a point of reference as a policy tool in international evaluation programs.

Corporate financialization poses serious challenges to the development of the real economy. In the context of promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, it is crucial to explore whether digital transformation can inhibit corporate financialization. Using data from Chinese listed companies from 2009 to 2021, we construct a fixed effects model and find that digital transformation significantly reduces the level of corporate financialization, a conclusion that still holds after a series of robustness tests such as propensity score matching and adding control variables.

Emissions from transportation fuel vehicles are polluting the environment more than ever before. Currently, autonomous delivery vehicles (ADVs) are welcomed by logistics service providers and lots of consumers in general for their significant contribution in reducing environmental pollution and increasing delivery efficiency. However, there is a lack of in-depth research on consumers' willingness to adopt ADVs, despite the fact that ADVs are innovative delivery method in the field of last-mile delivery.

Previous studies have found that sense of power is an important predictor of employee voice; however, the mechanism underlying the relationship between these factors remains unclear. To explore this mechanism, 642 valid questionnaires from 45 enterprises were used to conduct an empirical test based on the approach-inhibition theory of power. The results showed that sense of power can affect error risk taking positively, error risk taking mediates the relationship between sense of power and employee voice; and power congruence moderates both the direct relationship between sense of power and employee voice and their indirect relationship via error risk taking.

In this paper, based on the Realized GARCH model, the fractional integration Realized GARCH model is proposed by combining long memory parameters with conditional variance and replacing the original realized measure with the realized measure obtained after daily, weekly and monthly weighting. Based on the 5-min high-frequency data of the SSE index, the fractional integration Realized GARCH model, Realized HAR GARCH model and Realized GARCH model are investigated for their fitting effect and predictive ability on market volatility, and Monte Carlo simulations are conducted from the error terms obeying normal distribution, t-distribution and chi-square distribution so as to compare the RMSE and MAE of the three types of models with respect to conditional variance. The empirical results show that the fractionally integrated Realized GARCH model is found to better capture the long-run correlation in volatility in certain intervals by comparing the theoretical and sample auto-correlation functions, while the overall predictive power of the model is better than the other two models.

Purpose: According to the traditional view, "underdog expectations" induce self-doubt in employees, resulting in negative effects. However, a new study suggests that underdog expectations may encourage employees to work harder, resulting in positive effects. Based on regulatory focus theory, this study constructed a moderated double-mediation model to explain the "double-edged sword effect" of underdog expectations.
