Background: The management of eyes with nanophthalmos is a dilemma for ophthalmologists due to various complications, especial the eye with malignant glaucoma. We report a case of effective treatment for malignant glaucoma in nanophthalmos.
Case Presentation: An 82-year-old man was performed phacoemulsification in the right eye with normal ocular pressure and nanophthalmos.

Background: Impairment of exercise capacity remains a common adverse effect of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) survivors after surgery. Previous research has suggested that Tai Chi Chuan (TCC) offers an exercise capacity benefit in several types of cancers. This is a randomized trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of TCC in postoperative NSCLC patients over an observation period of 3 months and a 9-month follow-up.

Objective: To investigate the synergistic potential of total glucosides of Paeoniae Radix (TGP) and total flavonoids of Glycyrrhizae Radix (TFL).
Materials And Methods: Oral administration of TGP and TFL alone at the doses of 60,120 and 240 mg/kg or in combination were given only one time to the neuropathic pain rat induced by chronic constriction injury.

Supervised pattern recognition methods combined with orthogonal signal correction partial least square-discriminate analysis (OSC-PLS-DA) were used to process the metabolic data. A nice distinction between SLE patients and healthy control group was observed.
