Aim: To investigate the predictive value of human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) for heart failure in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed the data of 241 patients with CKD admitted to Zhangjiakou First Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021. The subjects were divided into a heart failure (HF) group (n=117) and a non-HF group (n=124) according to whether heart failure occurred.

Objective: To explore the clinical value of human fecal Syndecan-2 (SDC2) gene methylation in colorectal cancer screening.
Methods: There were 30 patients with colorectal cancer receiving treatment in Zhangjiakou First Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 collected as the tumor group. There were 30 healthy people determined by a physical examination in 2019 collected as the normal group.
