Materials And Methods: The study included 76 infertile reproductive aged women, between 21-35 years who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) procedure. Serum and ff Chemerin levels were evaluated.

We investigated programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) / programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) expression in high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) and its relationship to tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) and prognosis. Introduction: This study aims to compare the association between the most commonly used ovarian responsiveness markers - age, anti-Müllerian hormone levels (AMH), antral follicle count (AFC), ovarian sensitivity index (OSI), and ovarian response prediction index (ORPI) - and ovarian responsiveness to gonadotropin stimulation in assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles.
Material And Methods: Patients who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection treatment using either a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist or agonist protocol were enrolled in the study. Data of the patients were abstracted from the hospital's database.

Colloid carcinoma, which is a very rare tumor of the uterine cervix, is composed of an excessive amount of mucus and a relative paucity of tumoral glandular cells within them. Herein, we report a rare case of colloid carcinoma of the cervix with adenocarcinoma (AIS), intestinal and usual types, and endocervical adenocarcinoma (usual type) components. We also discuss the morphological and immunohistochemical characteristics of this tumor.

Background: The objective of this study was to compare the classical method and Sectioning and Extensively Examining the Fimbriated End Protocol (SEE-FIM) in detecting microscopic lesions in fallopian tubes with gynecological lesions.
Methods: From a total of 1,118 cases, 582 with various parts of both fallopian tubes sampled in three-ring-shape sections and 536 sampled with the SEE-FIM protocol were included in this study. Pathological findings of cases with endometrial carcinoma, non-uterine pelvic malignant tumor, ovarian borderline tumors, premalignancy, and benign lesions were compared.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate and reexamine materials of the patients with cervical biopsy revealing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and their cone biopsies revealing no lesion.
Materials And Methods: Twenty-five patients with cervical biopsy revealing cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cone biopsies revealing no lesion among 202 patients who had undergone cervical conization after colposcopically derived cervical biopsy between 2005 and 2011 were included in this study. Ki67 and P16 were applied to the all biopsy slides.
