Introduction: Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is a potentially life-threatening condition and early diagnosis still remains a challenge, causing a delay in management leading to tubal rupture.
Objectives: To identify putative plasma biomarkers for the detection of tubal EP and elucidate altered biochemical pathways in EP compared to intrauterine pregnancies.
Methods: This case-control study included prospective recruitment of 39 tubal EP cases and 89 early intrauterine pregnancy controls.

Our aim in this study was to determine if the maternal neck and waist circumference measured in the first three months of pregnancy were effective in prediction of fetal macrosomia. In this retrospective cohort study; body mass index, neck circumference (NC) and waist circumference (WC) was measured in low risk pregnant women at 11-13+ weeks of pregnancy. Among the 361 women, 8% of newborns were over 4000 grams.

Objective: To assess the cesarean section (CS) rates using Robson ten-group classification system (RTGCS) and the interventions combined with RTGCS which may reduce the CS rates.
Methods: A total of 100,326 deliveries at Zekai Tahir Burak Research and Training Hospital in Ankara, Turkey between 2012 and 2018 were included in this study. Interventions including free mobilization of pregnant women, CS decision with the signature of three obstetricians, re-evaluate the CS decision, strictly obeying the failed induction algorithm to reduce the CS rates were started to be applied in 2017.

Background: Cesarean deliveries outnumbered vaginal deliveries in Turkey. The aim of this study is to analyze the CS rates, sizes of the groups and their contribution to CS in the Robson10-Group Classification to address the main drivers that are associated with an increase in CS rates in Turkey by comparing with the customized benchmark, World Health Organization (WHO) Multi-country Survey Reference (MCS) population. We also evaluate the existence of the Pareto principle that states that for many phenomena, about the 80% of the consequences (increase in CS rate) are produced by 20% of the causes.

Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effects of pregnant women's personality traits on the fear of childbirth (FOC).
Design And Methods: In total, 422 pregnant women who consulted an antenatal polyclinic at a hospital in Turkey were included in this descriptive cross-sectional study. For data collection, a demographic questionnaire, the Quick Big Five Personality Test, and version A of the Wijma delivery expectancy questionnaire (W-DEQ A) were used.

Aim: The aim of this study was to analyze the survival outcomes of stage IIIC ovarian high-grade serous carcinoma (HGSC) patients with both peritoneal and lymphatic dissemination (IP+/RP+) who had undergone maximal or optimal cytoreduction followed by intravenous carboplatin/paclitaxel chemotherapy compared to those women with stage IIIC ovarian HGSC with only peritoneal involvement (IP+/RP-) who were treated similarly.
Methods: We performed a retrospective, multicenter study with the participation of five gynecological cancer centers. First, the stage IIIC ovarian HGSC patients were classified into optimally or maximally debulked cohorts.

Endometritis is an inflammatory disorder of the endometrial lining of the uterine tissue in postpartum stage. Endometritis mostly progresses subclinically and causes infertility through the disruption of the hormonal balance. It has been shown in many studies that resveratrol has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
