The E2F family has been shown to have a central role in the control of cell proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression in various types of cancer. Proteins p16 and cyclin D1 (CCND1) are known to tightly regulate the G1/S transition during the cell cycle, but their role in breast cancer development and progression is not clear. We investigated 224 cases of breast cancer from the Kangbuk Samsung Medical Center between 2000-2005. Expression levels of p16 and CCND1 were assessed by tissue microarray-based immunohistochemistry.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of emotional labor, emotional dissonance, and burnout on nurse's turnover intention and examine the effect of job satisfaction on the relationships among emotional labor, emotional dissonance, burnout, and turnover intention.
Methods: The sample consisted of 350 nurses recruited from 6 general hospitals in 2 cities in Korea. A multiple-group analysis was utilized.
