Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS)- interstitial lung disease (ILD) patients and compare them to those of pSS patients without ILD in the tertiary pSS-ILD cohort to evaluate potential risk factors for ILD occurrence and disease progression.

Methods: Patients followed up who met the 2016 American College of Rheumatology-European League Against Rheumatism classification criteria for pSS were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were grouped as those with ILD and those without ILD according to medical records.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate long COVID patients with persistent respiratory symptoms through the application of the World Health Organization (WHO) International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework.

Patients And Methods: This national, prospective, multicenter, cross-sectional study was conducted with 213 patients (118 females, 95 males; median age 56 years; range, 20 to 85 years) with long COVID between February 2022 and November 2022. The ICF data were primarily collected through patient interviews and from the acute medical management records, physical examination findings, rehabilitation outcomes, and laboratory test results.

Neurological Involvement in Patients with Primary Sjögren's Syndrome: A Retrospective Cross-Sectional Study.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of tofacitinib, a Janus kinase inhibitor, in the treatment of enteropathic arthritis (EA). The study included seven patients, four from the authors' follow-up and three from the literature.

Background: To determine the corneal densitometry(CD) values by using Scheimpflug imaging in myopic and hyperopic children and to compare the results with emmetropic children.

Methods: The CD measurements of the subject were obtained with Scheimpflug tomography. The values were automatically measured in standardized grayscale units over an area 12mm in diameter, which was subdivided into 4 annular concentric zones(0-2mm, 2-6mm, 6-10mm, 10-12mm) and 3 corneal depths(anterior layer: anterior 120µm; central layer: from 120µm to the last 60µm; posterior layer: last 60µm).

Background: To evaluate the effects of COVID-19 infection on the ocular vascular structure including choroidal thickness and retrobulbar blood flow values in comparison with healthy subjects.

Methods: Ninety eyes of 90 patients were included in this study. Participants were divided into Group 1 (n = 30) with mild COVID-19 infection, Group 2 (n = 31) with moderate disease, and Group 3 with age- and sex-matched healthy subjects (n = 29).

Aim: To determine frequency of adverse events and attacks related to vaccination in recipients of CoronaVac and BNT162b2 in familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) patients, and to search whether history of prior COVID-19 or a booster dose increases occurrence of adverse events/attacks.

Methods: FMF patients were surveyed for administration of any COVID-19 vaccine and vaccine-related adverse events or FMF attacks. Demographic, clinical, vaccine-related data, history of COVID-19 infection before or after vaccination, adherence to FMF treatment during vaccination were collected.

To investigate clinical implications of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) positivity detected in COVID-19 patients during follow up. A retrospective survey in a hospital database was carried out to detect COVID-19 patients in which ANCAs had been tested. Clinical, laboratory and imaging data were collected from this hospital database and compared between ANCA-negative and -positive patients.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating central nervous system disorder with few cases reported to have concomitant spondyloarthritis (SpA) spectrum disorders such as ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis. A Rare Lymphoproliferative Disease: Castleman Disease.

Castleman disease is a rare lymphoproliferative disease also known as angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia. It is classified as hyaline vascular and plasmacytic variants histologically but characteristics of both types can coexist.
