Immediate breast reconstruction provides breast cancer patients with a valuable opportunity to restore breast shape. However, post-reconstruction breast asymmetry remains a common issue that affects patient satisfaction. This study aims to quantify breast asymmetry after surgery using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and assess its impact on both breast satisfaction and overall outcome satisfaction, offering scientific evidence to guide improvements in preoperative evaluation.

Objective: To establish a preoperative model for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules (PNs), and to evaluate the related factors of overdiagnosis of benign PNs at the time of imaging assessments.

Materials And Methods: In this retrospective study, 357 patients (median age, 52 years; interquartile range, 46-59 years) with 407 PNs were included, who underwent surgical histopathologic evaluation between January 2020 and December 2020. Patients were divided into a training set (n = 285) and a validation set (n = 122) to develop a preoperative model to identify benign PNs.

Background: Positron emission tomography (PET) imaging is a promising molecular neuroimaging technique and has been proposed as one of the criteria for glioma management. However, there is some controversy concerning the diagnostic accuracy of PET using different radiotracers to differentiate between glioma pseudoprogression (PsP) and true progression (TPR). The purpose of this meta-analysis was to systematically evaluate the methodological quality and clinical value of original studies for distinguishing PsP from TPR in glioma.

Objective: This study was designed to explore the impact of different scoring settings of disease severity on the accuracy of screening by NRS2002.

Methods: Patients with severe COVID-19 who were admitted to our hospital from January 26, 2020, to March 16, 2020, were enrolled in this study. The basic data, the scores of the NRS2002 score sheet, and the serum prealbumin (PAB) level when these patients were admitted were collected, and the reflection of NRS2002 scores under different disease severity score settings to abnormal patients was analyzed.

Purpose: Synchronous colorectal liver metastasis (SCLM) had limited availability of tools to predict survival and tumor recurrence. LncRNA CRNDE and lncRNA SNHG7 have been proven to be closely related to cancer progression. However, the predictive value of lncRNA CRNDE and lncRNA SNHG7 in cancer prognosis is still unclear.
