Introduction: It is complicated and time-consuming to care for tracheostomised patients, and many informal caregivers are said to feel a variety of burdens, although we are unsure of the specifics of this burden. This scoping review aims to identify and examine the caregiver burden encountered by informal caregivers of patients with tracheostomy.

Methods And Analysis: This scoping review will be carried out in accordance with Arksey and O'Malley and its extended framework, along with adherence to the guidelines provided by the Joanna Briggs Institute.

Validation of novel grading schemes and refinement of the Leibovich risk groups for chromophobe renal cell carcinoma.

Background: Traditional grading systems have proven inadequate in stratifying chRCC patients based on recurrence risk. Recently, several novel grading schemes, including three-tiered, two-tiered, and four-tiered systems, have been proposed, but their prognostic value remains controversial and lacks external validation.

Materials And Methods: We included 528 patients with pathologically proven chRCC (chromophobe renal cell carcinoma) from multiple medical institutions and the Cancer Genome Atlas-Kidney Chromophobe cohort.

Prediction of Unexplained Recurrent Miscarriages Using Thromboelastography.

Objective: This study investigates the thromboelastography (TEG) changes in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) to identify effective diagnostic markers for URSA.

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 160 URSA patients from the Gynecology Department of the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang (June 2017 - June 2020) and compared them with 190 healthy, fertile women without adverse pregnancy histories (control group). TEG parameters were assessed using logistic regression, applying stepwise selection for model optimization.

Effect of Low Dose Glucocorticoid Inhalation on Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia in Premature Infants.

The aim of the study was to explore the effect of low dose glucocorticoid on bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants, to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and cure of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in premature infants. The 144 cases of premature infants were divided into 72 each: control group and experimental group. Control group received routine clinical prevention and cure, while experimental group was received low dose glucocorticoid on the basis of control group.

This study aimed to identify factors that affect lymphovascular space invasion (LVSI) in endometrial cancer (EC) using machine learning technology, and to build a clinical risk assessment model based on these factors. Samples were collected from May 2017 to March 2022, including 312 EC patients who received treatment at Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital of Lianyungang. Of these, 219 cases were collected for the training group and 93 for the validation group.
