The occurrence of rockbursts is closely related to the stress environment and structural characteristics of rock mass. The Lalin Railway Tunnel in China was taken as a case study, a modified method for evaluating rockburst grades was proposed based on the ratio of rock mass strength to maximum tangential stress at the tunnel wall, and the accuracy of this method was also validated. Furthermore, a three-dimensional numerical model of tunnel excavation was established using FLAC (three-dimensional fast lagrangian analysis of continua).

Sports video analysis has produced many valuable applications driven by different needs, and in these applications, moving target detection technology plays an indispensable role. However, the uniqueness of sports videos brings a big challenge to target detection and tracking technology. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to propose an efficient multi-target detection algorithm to quickly and effectively detect all target objects in the video.

Persistent exposure to low-dose of cadmium is strongly linked to both the development and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), yet the precise molecular mechanism behind this relationship remains uncertain. In this study, cadmium-related pathogenic genes (CRPGs) in NSCLC were identified via differential expression analysis. NSCLC patient clusters related to CRPGs were constructed through univariate Cox and K-means clustering algorithms.

Heart disease is a prevalent global health challenge, necessitating early detection for improved patient outcomes. This study aims to develop an innovative heart disease prediction method using end-to-end deep learning, integrating self-attention mechanisms and generative adversarial networks to enhance predictive accuracy and efficiency in healthcare. We constructed an end-to-end model capable of processing diverse cardiac health data, including electrocardiograms, clinical data, and medical images.

The hemibiotrophic pathogen Bipolaris sorokiniana causes root rot, leaf blotching, and black embryos in wheat and barley worldwide, resulting in significant yield and quality reductions. However, the mechanism underlying the host-pathogen interactions between B. sorokiniana and wheat or barley remains unknown.

The main characteristics of panic disorder (PD) include recurrent panic attacks and persistent worry, accompanied by other physical and cognitive symptoms. While recent studies have revealed that gut bacteria play an important role in anxiety and depression, little is known about the relationship between oral microbiota and PD. Therefore, the objective of this study was to explore a possible correlation between oral microbiota and PD.

crown rot (FCR) and head blight (FHB) are caused by and are newly emerging diseases of wheat in China. In this study, we characterized , a gene that encodes a protein with 12 pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) motifs. The radial growth rate of the Δ deletion mutant was significantly slower than the wild type strain WZ-8A on potato dextrose agar plates and exhibited significantly smaller colonies with sector mutations.

Collaborative Innovation Center of Henan Grain Crops/National Key Laboratory of Wheat and Maize Crop Science, Henan Agricultural University, Zhengzhou, 450002, China.

Fusarium pseudograminearum-induced crown rot causes significant reduction to wheat production worldwide. To date, efforts to develop effective resistance to this disease have been hampered by the quantitative nature of resistance trait and a lack of understanding of the molecular pathogenesis. Non-ribosomal peptides have important roles in development, pathogenicity, and toxins in many plant pathogens, while less is known in F.

Object: The pathologies resulting from traumatic brain injury (TBI) have been thoroughly studied, but rarely have the effects of bleeding and coagulation in the early stage of TBI been considered. In this study, we investigated the effects of topical Surgiflo application on brain injury in experimental TBI mice using S100β, MAP-2 and mNSS scores.

Methods: TBI was induced by modified weight drop injury in male C57BL/6 mice.

A novel method for the sensitive determination of bismuth(III) in pharmaceutical products using phosphoric acid as a molecular probe by resonance light scattering (RLS) is discussed. In 0.5 mol/L phosphoric acid (H3 PO4) medium, bismuth(III) reacted with PO4 (3-) to form an ion association compound, which resulted in the significant enhancement of RLS intensity and the appearance of the corresponding RLS spectral characteristics.
