Objective: To assess the clinical efficacy of thoracoscopic surgery with the da Vinci surgical system versus video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for lung cancer.
Methods: From August 2019 to December 2020, 193 patients with lung cancer assessed for eligibility scheduled for surgery in our hospital were recruited and assigned at a ratio of 1 : 1 to receive VATS (control group) or thoracoscopic surgery with the da Vinci surgical system (research group). The primary measurement is the clinical efficacy of the two surgical modalities.

Objective: To compare outcomes in neuroendoscopic-assisted vs mini-open craniotomy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH), so as to provide reasonable surgical treatment.
Methods: Clinical data of 184 patients with HICH in the hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into mini-open craniotomy group and neuroendoscopic-assisted group.

Surgical management of spontaneous hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage remains a challenge for neurosurgeons, especially when the hemorrhage is located the ventral brainstem. Recently endoscopic endonasal approach has been applied for resection of ventral brainstem lesions, though no published literature has explored its utility in treating brainstem hemorrhage. Here we reported a successful evacuation of severe hypertensive brainstem hemorrhage through endoscopic endonasal transclival approach.
