The chemical properties of bedrock play a crucial role in shaping the communities of soil and root-associated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). We investigate AMF community composition and diversity in bulk soil, rhizosphere soil, and roots in karst and non-karst forests. Chemical properties of bedrock of the calcium oxide (CaO) and ratio of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide (Ca/Mg), soil pH, and exchangeable Ca were higher in karst carbonate rocks compared to non-karst clastic rocks.

The rapid development of information technology has made the amount of information in massive texts far exceed human intuitive cognition, and dependency parsing can effectively deal with information overload. In the background of domain specialization, the migration and application of syntactic treebanks and the speed improvement in syntactic analysis models become the key to the efficiency of syntactic analysis. To realize domain migration of syntactic tree library and improve the speed of text parsing, this paper proposes a novel approach-the Double-Array Trie and Multi-threading (DAT-MT) accelerated graph fusion dependency parsing model.

In the period of planned economy, China used low-cost land investment to drive economic development for a long time, which brought problems such as low efficient use of natural resources and environmental pollution. Under the dual pressure of economic development and environmental protection, Chinese government has begun to implement the urban land market reform, hoping to gradually change the extensive economic development model with high input and low output through the market mechanism. In order to investigate whether the urban land market reform can reduce industrial emissions and promote the transformation of socioeconomic, this paper constructs industrial land transactions and socioeconomic panel data of 257 prefecture-level cities in China from 2007 to 2020.

The South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWD) in China is a trans-basin water transfer project for water resource optimization that affects ecosystem services functions along its main transfer line. Exploring the effects of land-use change on ecosystem services in the headwater and receiving areas along the SNWD is conducive to improving the protection of the surrounding ecological environment. However, previous research lacks a comparative analysis of ecosystem services values (ESVs) in these areas.

After successfully inhibiting the first wave of COVID-19 transmission through a city lockdown, Wuhan implemented a series of policies to gradually lift restrictions and restore daily activities. Existing studies mainly focus on the intercity recovery under a macroscopic view. How does the intracity mobility return to normal? Is the recovery process consistent among different subareas, and what factor affects the post-pandemic recovery? To answer these questions, we sorted out policies adopted during the Wuhan resumption, and collected the long-time mobility big data in 1105 traffic analysis zones (TAZs) to construct an observation matrix ().

Spatial-temporal characteristics and driving factors of the chemical fertilizer supply/demand correlation network in China.

Environ Sci Pollut Res Int

November 2022

Key Laboratory of JiangHuai Arable Land Resources Protection and Eco-restoration, Anhui Agricultural University, Hefei, 230036, China.

The rational allocation of chemical fertilizer resources is of strategic importance in mitigating agricultural source pollution and achieving agricultural green development. The spatiotemporal correlation of chemical fertilizer supply/demand and its determinants remains unclear. In this study, based on the inter-provincial chemical fertilizer supply/demand panel data of China from 1994 to 2018, an improved gravity model was employed to determine provincial chemical fertilizer supply/demand correlations.

Spatial disparities of self-reported COVID-19 cases and influencing factors in Wuhan, China.

The lack of detailed COVID-19 cases at a fine spatial resolution restricts the investigation of spatial disparities of its attack rate. Here, we collected nearly one thousand self-reported cases from a social media platform during the early stage of COVID-19 epidemic in Wuhan, China. We used kernel density estimation (KDE) to explore spatial disparities of epidemic intensity and adopted geographically weighted regression (GWR) model to quantify influences of population dynamics, transportation, and social interactions on COVID-19 epidemic.

A Robust Indoor Positioning Method based on Bluetooth Low Energy with Separate Channel Information.

Sensors (Basel)

August 2019

State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing, Wuhan University, Wuhan 430079, China.

Among the current indoor positioning technologies, Bluetooth low energy (BLE) has gained increasing attention. In particular, the traditional distance estimation derived from aggregate RSS and signal-attenuation models is generally unstable because of the complicated interference in indoor environments. To improve the adaptability and robustness of the BLE positioning system, we propose making full use of the three separate channels of BLE instead of their combination, which has generally been used before.

Wuhan city is the biggest city in central China and has suffered subsidence problems in recent years because of its rapid urban construction. However, longtime and wide range monitoring of land subsidence is lacking. The causes of subsidence also require further study, such as natural conditions and human activities.

This paper proposes a regression model using the Eigenvector Spatial Filtering (ESF) method to estimate ground PM concentrations. Covariates are derived from remotely sensed data including aerosol optical depth, normal differential vegetation index, surface temperature, air pressure, relative humidity, height of planetary boundary layer and digital elevation model. In addition, cultural variables such as factory densities and road densities are also used in the model.
