Background: Lower-grade glioma (LGG) is a primary intracranial tumor that carry a high risk of malignant transformation and limited therapeutic options. Emerging evidence indicates that the tumor microenvironment (TME) is a superior predictor for tumor progression and therapy response. PLEKHA4 has been demonstrated to be a biomarker for LGG that correlate with immune infiltration.

A new developed spatially targeted mollusciciding technology for snail control was utilised in a research site. This study aims to analyse whether this technology can achieve rational effectiveness compared with the routine method. Snail density was monitored every spring and autumn from 2010 to 2017 at the research site and routine mollusciciding for snail control was then performed.

(KUP) family is responsible for potassium ion (K) transport, which plays a vital role in the response of plants to abiotic stress by maintaining osmotic balance. However, our understanding of the functions of the KUP family in the drought-resistant crop cassava ( Crantz) is limited. In the present study, 21 cassava genes () were identified and classified into four clusters based on phylogenetic relationships, conserved motifs, and gene structure analyses.

Objective: To develop a standard duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) animal model using a local Hubei species of duck, Ma Ya, and use it as an in vivo experimental system to study antiviral strategies against hepatitis B.
Methods: Two-day-old Ma Ya ducklings were experimentally infected via intraperitoneal injection with the DHBV inocula which was collected from the transfected culture supernatant of 1.5-fold-overlength genome recombinant plasmid.
