To investigate the effect of the filter device on the cleanliness of molten steel and the flow field distribution within the tundish. The tundish filters were designed into five groups of pores with 20°, 25°, 30°, 35° and 40° elevation angles, and the flow field distribution and impurity removal rate of molten steel were calculated by Discrete Phase Model (DPM). The results showed that the removal rate of impurity in the molten steel could be significantly improved by using the tundish filter with elevation angle.

Uneven of filling aggregate gradation may cause transportation problems such as pipe blockage due to segregation and stratification of filling slurry. To study the influence of aggregate gradation on the conveying performance of filler slurry, aggregate gradation experiments were carried out, rheological tests on slurries with coal gangue/aeolian sand ratios (6:4, 5:5 and 4:6) showed that appropriately increasing the proportion of aeolian sand can improve particle gradation. Given the significant prevalence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and their detrimental impact on mental health, this study examines the relationship between attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD) among college students with ACEs, emphasizing the mediating role of self-compassion (SC). A sample of 32,388 students from Kunming, China completed a survey including the Revised Adverse Childhood Experiences Questionnaire (ACEQ-R), the Adult Attachment Scale (AAS), the International Trauma Questionnaire (ITQ), and the Self-Compassion Scale-Short Form (SCS-SF). Among the participants, 3,896 reported at least one ACE.

ITK-SYK and TEL-SYK (also known as ETV6-SYK) are human tumor-causing chimeric proteins containing the kinase region of SYK, and the membrane-targeting, N-terminal, PH-TH domain-doublet of ITK or the dimerizing SAM-PNT domain of TEL, respectively. ITK-SYK causes peripheral T cell lymphoma, while TEL-SYK was reported in myelodysplastic syndrome. Introduction: Patients with end-stage renal disease usually undergo hemodialysis as a way of renal function replacement therapy which comes with a wide array of systemic and cutaneous complications. The aim of this study was to evaluate the most frequent dermatological manifestations including xerosis, pruritis and other nail, hair and oral conditions, as these are a very important aspect to be considered while managing the patients psychological and physical needs to improve their outcomes and quality of life.

Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study was performed by selecting 77 patients on hemodialysis based on a certain criteria and data was then collected on a sheet using patients database on Hakeem National E-Health Program, in addition to information from interviews with patients during their hemodialysis sessions after taking an oral informed consent and insuring patients' privacy.

Fruit spoilage caused by microorganisms results in huge economic losses and health risks worldwide every year. To develop an intelligent antimicrobial material capable of responding to the physiological activity of postharvest fruits and releasing antibacterial agents on demand, we fabricated a pH-responsive film for the release of chlorine dioxide (ClO) using carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and sodium chlorite (NaClO) via the solution casting method, with a CMC:NaClO ratio of 1:2 w/w. An acid environment simulated by 4 % acetic acid activated 43 % of ClO released by the film within 7 days.
