Lichen sclerosus is found in children with an estimated prevalence of at least 1 in 900. Pigmentation in lichen sclerosus is infrequent and melanocytic proliferations in lichen sclerosis are rare and difficult to interpret. In this report, we describe the case of a prepubertal girl presenting with a junctional melanocytic nevus of the labia minora superimposed by lichen sclerosus.
