Migration from countries where female genital cutting (FGC) is practiced means women's healthcare providers need to meet this population's unique healthcare needs. We explored providers' FGC-related experience, knowledge of the cultural practice, prior training, attitudes towards medicalization, including reinfibulation, and clinical practice. An online, 53-question survey to a multidisciplinary sample of women's health providers in the US were recruited by email via professional organizations, medical departments, and the authors' professional networks.

Bilateral oophorectomy in premenopausal women is a unique condition causing the abrupt and premature loss of ovarian hormones, primarily estrogen. Bilateral oophorectomy causes an alteration of several fundamental aging processes at the cellular, tissue, organ, and system levels, leading to multimorbidity, frailty, and reduced survival. However, many questions remain unanswered.

Background: In recently updated breast cancer screening guidelines, the American Cancer Society (ACS) and United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommended increasing mammography screening intervals for various age groups. In addition, ACS does not recommend clinical breast examination (CBE) for routine screening among average-risk women. Our study explores women's attitudes regarding screening mammography and CBE and evaluates the impact of the updated USPSTF and ACS guidelines on these attitudes.

Gynecologic cancers are common in the United States and represent a significant health burden. Treatment of these cancers often causes premature cessation of ovarian function, with resultant symptoms that are often more severe than those associated with natural menopause. Hormone therapy is the most effective treatment for menopausal symptoms, but the decision-making process about its use can be complex for survivors of gynecologic cancer.

By the end of their reproductive life cycle, roughly 40% of women have experienced migraine. Women have certain times of vulnerability for migraine that relate to abrupt declines in estrogen levels. Specifically, the prevalence of migraine is higher after menarche, during menstruation, during the postpartum period, and during perimenopause, but it is commonly lower during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy and the postmenopausal years.
