Low-Level Tragus Stimulation [LL-TS] as a non-invasive technique of vagus nerve stimulation [VNS] moves to the fore in autonomic nervous system [ANS] studies as a non-drug based, easy applicable tool. LL-TS triggering a complex systemic response may offer a broader cardioprotective potential than expected as a recent investigation outlined blood pressure [BP] reduction by LL-TS in patients with hypertension which is commonly related to imbalance of the ANS as several other cardiovascular diseases.

Objective: To develop an unsupervised artificial intelligence algorithm for identifying and quantifying the presence of false lumen thrombosis (FL) after Frozen Elephant Trunk (FET) operation in computed tomography angiographic (CTA) images in an interdisciplinary approach.

Methods: CTA datasets were retrospectively collected from eight patients after FET operation for aortic dissection from a single center. Of those, five patients had a residual aortic dissection with partial false lumen thrombosis, and three patients had no false lumen or thrombosis.

The pretrial set-up is confluent on different pillars, including evaluation of 1) European activity, trends, and governance; 2) outcome reporting; and 3) cost evaluation. This article aimed to demonstrate the observational cross-sectional survey results from participating centers and highlight the risk assessment, activity, practices, and governance of uncomplicated type B aortic dissection (uTBAD).

Objective: There is a need for improved outcomes in the endovascular treatment of patients suffering from chronic limb threatening ischaemia (CLTI), highly calcified lesions, and chronic total occlusions (CTOs). The helical centreline self expanding BioMimics 3D stent might be particularly useful in these high risk subsets, combining flexibility and fracture resistance with radial strength.
