Objective: A micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) was developed based on spatial alignment and navigation technology to assist femoral extramedullary alignment osteotomy (FEAO) in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The system can locate and adjust the femoral distal condylar osteotomy (FDCO) to obtain a better femoral prosthesis placement. It is a portable navigation device and provides an innovative approach for FDCO.

Background: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a powerful tool for predicting heart failure (HF) patient prognosis (including death), but it adversely affecting clinical diagnosis and work efficiency. Compressed sensing technology reconstructs and recovers signals using sampling points that are far below the requirement of traditional sampling laws, which can shorten the signal acquisition time without affecting the image quality of MRI. This study aimed to apply compressed sensing technology to the MRI images of patients with HF to evaluate its effectiveness in the diagnosis of HF.

Background: Because of relatively little data for management and evaluation surrounding spontaneous isolated visceral artery dissection (IVAD), existing studies have failed to provide comprehensive analysis for the management, evaluation, prevalence, as well as natural course of the disease. Therefore, we collected and analyzed current evidence on spontaneous IVAD with the aim of providing quantitative pooled data for the natural course and treatment standardization of the disease.
Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Embase, the Cochrane Library, and Web of Science up to 1 June 2022, was conducted for relevant studies that investigating the natural course, treatment, classification, and outcomes of IVAD.
Objective:: The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of zoledronic acid (ZOL) in the treatment and prevention of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) after percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for elderly patients.
Methods:: The PubMed, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, VIP, and Embase were investigated through June 2020. All randomized controlled trials (RCT) involving ZOL injections for OVCF were enrolled.

Objective:: Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is the most common degenerative disease of the joints caused by articular cartilage injury, degeneration of joint edges and hyperplasia of subchondral bone. The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of clinical therapy of platelet-rich plasma vs hyaluronic acid injections in patients with KOA.
Methods:: We systematically investigated Pubmed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library for all related articles published through May 2020.

Aim of this study was to determine if surface electromyography (sEMG) could provide objective data in monitoring the alteration of signal amplitude of myoelectric activity of the paraspinal muscles in the patients with acute nonspecific lower back pain (ANLBP), and to explore the correlation between sEMG data and symptom relief in the ANLBP patients before and after massage therapy.Forty-five ANLBP patients and 20 healthy subjects were enrolled into this study. Patients were given massage therapy for 1 week.
