Community-based survey of knowledge of, attitudes to and practice of colorectal cancer screening in Hong Kong.

Objective: We aimed to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practice of colorectal cancer (CRC) and screening in the community to complement the introduction of population-based CRC screening in Hong Kong SAR, China.

Methods: Clients attending the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong clinics from March to June 2016 were randomly invited to participate in this questionnaire survey.

Results: Knowledge of CRC and screening for it was still deficient in the community.
