Subcorneal pustular dermatosis (SPD), also known as Sneddon-Wilkinson disease, is a rare, benign yet relapsing pustular dermatosis. Its incidence and prevalence have not been well studied. It characteristically presents as hypopyon pustules on the trunk and intertriginous areas of the body.
