May-Thurner syndrome (MTS) can lead to deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the left lower extremity, and it is often triggered by factors such as surgery or pregnancy. We present a rare case where the risk factor for thromboembolism in MTS is a complication from COVID-19 vaccination. A 44-year-old female who presented with fatigue, fever, and myalgia had developed thromboembolism as a complication of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

Patients presenting with frequent, sustained ventricular tachycardia (VT) pose a dilemma for clinicians due to the constant risk of sudden cardiovascular compromise. Linear IgA bullous dermatosis (LABD) is a rare, idiopathic, or drug-induced vesiculobullous disease caused by IgA autoantibodies in the basement membrane zone. An 84-year-old man was started on spironolactone two weeks before presentation for the management of hypertension and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. He presented to our hospital for evaluation of worsening lower extremity swelling and a painful pruritic rash that started on the day preceding his presentation.

Hypertriglyceridemia is a rare yet firm etiology of pancreatitis, with an incidence of 2-4% in the general population. The etiology of hypertriglyceridemia itself consists of both primary and secondary causes. We discuss the case of a 37-year-old female with a strong family history of hypertriglyceridemia (primary cause) along with daily alcohol consumption (secondary cause) who initially presented to the emergency department with tingling and numbness of her bilateral upper extremities, bilateral lower extremity cramping and spasm and pins, and needles sensation in all extremities.
