Background: Recently, cold atmospheric plasma (CAP), as well as adipose mesenchymal stem cells derived exosomes (ADMSCs-EX), have been applied separately to wound healing treatment. However, no study has investigated the additive effect on the healing mechanism of these two methods in the same skin lesion treatment model.
Aim: We conduct this study to describe the results of using CAP and human ADMSCs-EX on in vitro wound healing.

Background: The early establishment of prophylaxis and immediate administration of anticoagulant therapy upon the diagnosis of venous thromboembolism should be the treatment objectives in these patients.
Objective: The study aimed to determine the optimal cut-off point of Calprotectin, IL-6 (interleukin-6), CRP (C reactive protein) to differentiate UC, IBS-D.
Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study of 335 individuals ≥15 years old was performed, including 31 healthy controls, 215 with IBS-D, 71 diagnosed with UC, and 18 diagnosed with CD.

In this study, the wound healing properties of the gelatin-based hydrogel (GBH) wound dressing combined with adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) were investigated using the mouse and porcine models. The analytical results showed that the ADSCs harvested from the porcine significantly increased cell growth and promoted cell differentiation (adipogenesis and osteogenesis) in comparison to the ADSCs harvested from the mouse in vitro. Moreover, the in vivo results also indicated that the GBH wound dressing combined with ADSCs and its culture medium could potentially accelerate wound healing in the mouse and porcine models.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative cartilage disease that is characterized by a local inflammatory reaction. Consequently, many studies have been performed to identify suitable prevention and treatment interventions. In recent years, both arthroscopic microfracture (AM) and stem cell therapy have been used clinically to treat OA.
