Background: Mounier Kuhn Syndrome (MKS) is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by abnormal dilatation of the trachea and main bronchi. The aim of this study is to discuss tracheal volume measurement in MKS, and the pathologies accompanying MKS, especially pulmonary artery enlargement.
Materials And Methods: 38 patients, 18 of whom were diagnosed with MKS and 20 as control group, were included in the study.

- - The study aimed to explore the relationship between increased intima media thickness (IMT) and the severity of subjective non-pulsatile tinnitus and hearing loss in patients visiting the Isparta Government Hospital's Otorhinolaryngology Department between January 2012 and June 2013.
- - Researchers reviewed data from 215 patients, analyzing hearing tests, tinnitus severity (using Tinnitus Handicap Inventory and Visual Analogue Scale), and lipid profiles, comparing those with increased IMT to those with normal IMT.
- - Results showed that higher IMT was linked to greater tinnitus severity and hearing loss, indicating that carotid system examinations may be beneficial for patients experiencing subjective non-pulsatile tinnitus.

Objective: The aim of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of peritonsillar infiltration of a levobupivacaine hydrochloride and dexamethasone combination for post-tonsillectomy pain in adult patients.
Methods: A total of 40 patients were included in this double-blind, randomized, and placebo-controlled study. The patients were equally randomized into 2 groups by means of sealed envelopes.
