Purpose: This study aims to investigate the indications and therapeutic efficacy of flow-diverting stents (FDSs) in the management of extracranial carotid artery aneurysms (ECAAs) and dissections.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 18 patients treated for ECAAs with an FDS between 2010 and 2024. Patient demographics, aneurysm characteristics, procedural details, and clinical and radiologic follow-up outcomes were extracted from medical records.

Purpose: To evaluate the safety, efficacy, and long-term outcomes of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) with bleomycin-Lipiodol for giant liver hemangiomas.
Materials And Methods: Single-center retrospective study from 1998 to January 2020, including patients with giant liver hemangiomas treated with bleomycin-Lipiodol TACE and followed up >36 months. The exclusion criteria were defined as patients who had been treated but had no available follow-up above 3 years and patients who had previously been treated with any other treatment method.

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition associated with systemic inflammation and a higher risk of cardiovascular comorbidities. This study retrospectively evaluates coagulation parameters in psoriasis vulgaris patients treated with IL-17 inhibitors (secukinumab, ixekizumab) and IL-23 inhibitors (risankizumab, guselkumab), compared to those untreated systemically. The study reviewed records from 177 patients treated between January 2019 and March 2023.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effect of upper eyelid blepharoplasty with the removal of the skin and a strip of orbicularis oculi muscle on the ocular surface, tear film, and dry eye-related symptoms.
Methods: Twenty-two eyes of 22 consecutive patients operated by a single surgeon (21 females; mean age, 61 years; age range, 41-75 years) were included. All subjects completed the Ocular Surface Disease Index questionnaire, underwent in vivo confocal microscopy, tear film breakup time measurements, the Schirmer test with anesthesia, and fluorescein and lissamine green staining measurements before, 1 month, and 6 months after upper blepharoplasty alone with preseptal orbicularis excision.

Methods: The retrospective cross-sectional study was conducted at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology outpatient department of the Usak Training and Research Hospital, Turkey, from April 11 to June 18, 2018, and comprised grayscale colour Doppler imaging, power Doppler imaging, colour superb microvascular imaging and monochrome superb microvascular imaging of women with polycystic ovary syndrome. The recorded video images were evaluated by three radiologists and rated through consensus decision.

BACKGROUND This study from a single center in Turkey aimed to evaluate preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) parameters with arthroscopic validation of subscapularis (SS) tendon abnormalities in 187 patients. MATERIAL AND METHODS Preoperative MRI scans of 187 patients who had undergone arthroscopic shoulder surgery by the senior author (all in lateral decubitus position) were evaluated by 3 researchers. Patients with arthroscopically proven SS tendon rupture (n=69) and without rupture (n=118) were divided into 2 groups and compared with various distances and angles.
