Background: Overexpression of prostatic membrane antigen (PSMA) is associated with the progression and prognosis of prostate cancer. There are numerous studies using this peptide with the Ga radionuclide. Previous methods to synthetize F-labeled PSMA ligands with complexes [F]AlF have been achieved.
