Background And Aims: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), utilizes 100% oxygen at pressures greater than sea-level atmospheric pressure, for the treatment of conditions in which the tissues starve for oxygen. The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS) has granted HBOT approval for the treatment of various conditions. On the other hand, applying informatics registry systems can improve care delivery, ameliorate outcomes, and reduce the costs and medical errors for the patients receiving HBOT treatment.

In this new insight, the potential application of the eco-friendly Bio-Electro-Fenton (BEF) system was surveyed with the aim of simultaneous degradation of tetracycline and generation of renewable bioenergy without the need for an external electricity source. To shed light on this issue, catalytic degradation of tetracycline was directly accrued generated hydroxyl free radicals from Fenton's reaction in the cathode chamber. Simultaneously, the electricity generation as renewable bioenergy was carried out through microbial activities.

Introduction: Fragmented QRS (fQRS) complex on routine 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) predicts adverse outcomes in patients with cardiovascular diseases. In addition, it has been found to be associated with subclinical myocardial dysfunction in chronic diseases. We sought to investigate the relationship between the presence of fQRS with the myocardial functions in individuals free from known systemic cardiovascular diseases.
