This study investigates the potential sources and human health risks of REEs contained in the topsoils of the industrial Russian city of Chelyabinsk. The study also takes into account natural sources of REE as the city is located on the border of granites (Urals) and sedimentary rocks (Western Siberia).

Developing a viscoelastic model for the cyclic thermomechanical loading of thermosetting polymers is the main goal of this study. The model includes memory for residual thermal stresses and can consider stress accumulation across many loading cycles. By considering stress accumulation, we can improve predictions and understand how thermosetting polymers' stress-strain state changes under cyclic thermomechanical loading.

Department of Economics, Regional Economy, State and Municipal Management, South Ural State University, 76 Prospekt Lenina, 454080, Chelyabinsk, Russia.

Studies on urban agglomeration typically focus on the management of urban agglomerations as special types of spatial organization. The problem of finding an adequate management model which accounts for the level of spatial connectivity and socio-economic development of a given territory remains in the background. This article identifies urban agglomeration management models in Russia which account for the agglomerative and socio-economic development of a given territory.

Electronic address:

Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI) is a major hindrance to the success of cardiac reperfusion therapy. Although increased neutrophil infiltration is a hallmark of MIRI, the subtypes and alterations of neutrophils in this process remain unclear. Here, we performed single-cell sequencing of cardiac CD45 cells isolated from the murine myocardium subjected to MIRI at six-time points.

Probiotics and their bacteriocins have increasingly attracted interest for their use as safe food preservatives. This study aimed to produce soft white cheese fortified with MG847589 ( MG847589) and/or its bacteriocin; cheese with (CP), cheese with bacteriocin (CB), and cheese with both and bacteriocin (CPB) were compared to control cheese (CS) to evaluate their biopreservative and anti-mycotoxigenic potentials for prolonged shelf life and safe food applications. The effects of these fortifications on physiochemical, microbial, texture, microstructure, and sensory properties were studied.

Innovation Management Department, Atene KOM, Invalidenstraße 91, 10115, Berlin, Germany.

One of the direct and unavoidable consequences of global warming-induced rising temperatures is the more recurrent and severe heatwaves. In recent years, even countries like Malaysia seldom had some mild to severe heatwaves. As the Earth's average temperature continues to rise, heatwaves in Malaysia will undoubtedly worsen in the future.

Development of load-bearing fiber reinforced plastic (hereinafter referred to as FRP) composite structures in civil engineering, exploited under high temperatures, such as industrial chimneys and gas ducts, requires the knowledge of their long-term behavior under constant and cyclic mechanical and temperature loads. Such conditions mean that the viscoelasticity of FRP should be considered along with the thermal aging effect. This research is devoted to the effects of thermal aging on the viscoelastic behavior of polymers.

Department of Chemistry, Temple University, 1901 N. 13th St. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19122, United States.

Preparation of a redox-frustrated high-energy-density energetic material is achieved by gentle protolysis of Mn[N(SiMe)] with the perchlorate salt of the tetrazolamide [HNBuMeTz]ClO (Tz = tetrazole), yielding the MnN hexagonal prismatic cluster, Mn(μ-NTzBuMe)(ClO). Quantum mechanics-based molecular dynamics simulations of the decomposition of this molecule predict that magnetic ordering of the Mn ions influences the pathway and rates of decomposition, suggesting that the initiation of decomposition of the bulk material might be significantly retarded by an applied magnetic field. We report here experimental tests of the prediction showing that the presence of a 0.

Quinoxaline derivatives are an important class of heterocyclic compounds in which N replaces one or more carbon atoms of the naphthalene ring and exhibit a wide spectrum of biological activities and therapeutic applications. As a result, we were encouraged to explore a new synthetic approach to quinoxaline derivatives. In this work, we synthesized two new derivatives namely, ethyl 4-(2-ethoxy-2-oxoethyl)-3-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-2-carboxylate () and 3-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-2-carbohydrazide () respectively.

Background: v-RAF murine sarcoma viral homolog B1 (BRAF) is one of the most frequently mutated kinases in human cancers. BRAF exhibits three classes of mutations: Class I monomeric mutants (BRAFV600), class II BRAF homodimer mutants (non-V600), and class III BRAF heterodimers (non-V600).

Method: In this manuscript, the protein-ligand interaction site of all three mutants: BRAF monomer, BRAF homodimer BRAF2:14-3-32, and BRAF heterodimer BRAF:14-3-32:MEK (Mitogen extracellular Kinase) has been discussed.

Spontaneous bone regeneration encounters substantial restrictions in cases of bone defects, demanding external intervention to improve the repair and regeneration procedure. The field of bone tissue engineering (BTE), which embraces a range of disciplines, offers compelling replacements for conventional strategies like autografts, allografts, and xenografts. Among the diverse scaffolding materials utilized in BTE applications, hydrogels have demonstrated great promise as templates for the regeneration of bone owing to their resemblance to the innate extracellular matrix.
