Cancer grade classification is a challenging task identified from the cell structure of healthy and abnormal tissues. The practitioners learns about the malignant cell through the grading and plans the treatment strategy accordingly. A major portion of researchers used DL models for grade classification.

The microbiological safety of medical equipment and general surfaces is paramount to both the well-being of patients and the public. The application of ozone (a potent oxidant) has been recognised and implemented for this purpose, globally. However, it has primarily been utilised in the gaseous and aqueous forms.

This work aims to explore the differences in phytochemical composition and biological properties of five strawberry hybrids ( × Duch.), and highlights the non-edible part (byproduct) as a source of self-remedy natural herb along with fruits. HPLC/DAD/HRESIMS technique was used in the dereplication of ten ethanolic extracts of five strawberry cultivars leaves and fruits (Festival, Red Merlin, Suzana, Tamar and Winter Dawn).

LC-HRMS-based metabolomics approach was applied to the river Nile-derived fungus after its fermentation on four different media and using four epigenetic modifiers as elicitors. Thereafter, a comprehensive multivariate statistical analysis such as PCA, PLS-DA and OPLS-DA were employed to explain the generated metabolomic data (1587 features). PCA showed that the fungus displayed a unique chemical profile in each medium or elicitor.

This review covers the development of the genus as a model for natural product research and the timeline of discovery progress from the classical bioassay-guided approaches through the application of genome mining and genetic engineering techniques that target specific products. It focuses on the reported chemical structures along with their biological activities and the synthetic and biosynthetic studies they have inspired. This survey summarizes the extraordinary biosynthetic diversity that can emerge from a widely distributed actinomycete genus and supports future efforts to explore under-explored species in the search for novel natural products.
