We investigated the effects of decursin on the proliferation, apoptosis, and migration of colorectal cancer HT29 and HCT116 cells through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/serine-threonine kinase(Akt) pathway. [Oral absorption and effect of macromolecules in traditional Chinese medicine: a new perspective and research mode of phase structure].

Protein polypeptides and polysaccharides, the indispensable macromolecular active components in traditional Chinese medicine, are widely found in Chinese medicine decoction after the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. However, through oral administration, these macromolecules are digested by the stomach and intestine and thus fail to be absorbed in prototype. Methods: In this retrospective study, senior cataract patients admitted in the Ganzi region from March 2018 to November 2021 were included. 495 indigent patients were classified into the poor group, including 400 cases who received surgical treatment and 95 who did not.
