Introduction: Multilocular cystic nephroma is an uncommon condition with only few cases described in the literature, although its benign nature is well-recognized.
Case Presentation: We present a case of a 28-year-old male patient who presented with a right flank pain, imaging suspected a multicystic renal cell carcinoma. A radical nephrectomy was performed view the size of the cyst and the high tumor complexity, which histology confirmed the diagnosis of multilocular cystic nephroma.

The growing emphasis on green energy has spurred momentum in research and development within the field of photocatalytic materials, particularly for green hydrogen production. Among the most abundant oxides on Earth, oxychalcogenides stand out for their cost-effectiveness and ease of synthesis. In this context, we present an investigation of the potential use of BiAgOS as an efficient photocatalyst for hydrogen generation.

In the context of growing focus over climate changes and promoting sustainability across a various range of fields, microgrids can play a significant role in global decarbonization endeavors, contributing to carbon neutrality and ultimately attaining net-zero emissions in the energy sector. The objective of this paper is to address the integration of voluntary carbon trading within microgrid communities, in the perspective to mitigate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and boost the integration of renewable energy sources (RES). Introducing five modular algorithms managing key aspects of carbon trading, the study engineers a comprehensive framework aiming to optimally orchestrate the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) within microgrids.

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the stomach is a rare entity with fewer than 100 cases of primary SCC reported in the literature, while esophageal SCC is prevalent and more common. However, a synchronous squamous cell carcinoma found in the esophagus and stomach remains very uncommon. We present the case of a 64-year-old with a history of dysphagia who had an endoscopy that showed an impassable stenosis of the middle esophagus, with histopathology in favor of an esophagus squamous cell carcinoma.

Foveolar-type adenomas are very rare lesions, representing approximately 2.7% of duodenal adenomas with gastric phenotype, histologically characterized by tall columnar cells resembling gastric foveolar epithelium and a tubulovillous structure with various degrees of dysplasia. Their risk of progression to adenocarcinoma is related to the size of the polyp and the presence of high-grade dysplasia.

Integrating natural ventilation with Earth-to-Air Heat Exchangers (EAHE) is an innovative approach that effectively combines the benefits of both systems to enhance indoor environments while reducing energy consumption and operational costs. Many studies focus on reducing reliance on conventional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems by optimizing the use of EAHE and natural ventilation in buildings to improve occupant comfort. However, these studies require actual datasets for systems' design and optimization.

This research addresses the global imperative to tackle climate change by evaluating different carbon capture technologies based on various criteria in hard-to-electrify sectors such as steel, cement, petrochemicals, and fertilizers, providing practical insights for policymakers engaged in the shift toward low-carbon industrial processes. The study employs a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approach, specifically the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), using a systematic and objective evaluation process, integrating rigorous pairwise comparisons using the Saaty scale through logical reasoning, along with eigenvalue calculations, resulting in a criteria and strategy ranking. In evaluating carbon capture technologies for heavy industry, external support (regulatory adherence, global collaboration, and financial incentives) is crucial for technology evaluation, which carries the highest weight (21.

Deep learning (DL) techniques are becoming more popular for diagnosing Parkinson's disease (PD) because they offer non-invasive and easily accessible tools. By using advanced data analysis, these methods improve early detection and diagnosis, which is crucial for managing the disease effectively. This study explores end-to-end DL architectures, such as convolutional neural networks and transformers, for diagnosing PD using self-reported voice data collected via smartphones in everyday settings.

Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic has changed customer social media engagement behavior, which challenges the establishment of effective marketing strategies to strengthen digital communication with customers and leads to new opportunities for social media competitive intelligence analytics. This study presents a new social media competitive intelligence framework that incorporates not only the detection of brand topics before and during the COVID-19 pandemic but also the prediction of customer engagement.
Design/methodology/approach: A sector-based empirical study is conducted to illustrate the implementation of the proposed framework.

Neuro-Behçet disease is often difficult to diagnose due to its complex and severe clinical presentation. This article reports the case of a 35-year-old female patient with a history of Behçet's disease, admitted for a deep coma. Brain MRI performed upon admission revealed extended lesions in the basal ganglia, thalami, and midbrain, along with leptomeningeal contrast enhancement in the temporal region, suggesting meningoencephalitis compatible with parenchymal involvement of neuro-Behçet's disease.

Hepatocellular adenomas are relatively rare benign tumors of the liver that primarily develop in young women, particularly those who use oral contraceptive pills. There are 4 distinct subtypes of these tumors. Among them, β-catenin-mutated adenomas constitute approximately 10% to 15% and are notable for their potential to undergo malignant transformation.

Objective: This study aims at automatically quantifying and modelling the uncertainty of facts in biomedical knowledge graphs (BKGs) based on their textual supporting evidence using deep learning techniques.
Materials And Methods: A sentence transformer is employed to extract deep features of sentences used to classify sentence factuality using a naive Bayes classifier. For each fact and its supporting evidence in a source KG, the deep feature extractor and the classifier are used to quantify the factuality of each sentence which are then transformed to numerical values in [0,1] before being averaged to get the confidence score of the fact.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is an aggressive tumor that typically metastasizes to the lungs, abdominal lymph nodes, and bones. The presence of mediastinal lymph node metastases is a rare and unusual clinical situation, associated with a poor prognosis. We report the case of a patient with cirrhosis secondary to treated hepatitis C, in whom hepatocellular carcinoma was discovered without extrahepatic spread, except for the presence of mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
