In order to determine the influence of different factors on the CO huff-and-puff displacement effect, a CO huff-and-puff experiment was carried out with Chang 6 tight sandstone samples in Ordos Basin as the research object. Combined with nuclear magnetic resonance technology, the influences of injection pressure, cycle numbers and soaking time on the CO huff-and-puff effect were evaluated, and the optimal CO huff-and-puff parameters were optimized. The microscopic degree of crude oil production in different scale pores was quantitatively characterized.

Highly abundant in neurons, the cellular prion protein (PrP) is an obligatory precursor to the disease-associated misfolded isoform denoted PrP that accumulates in the rare neurodegenerative disorders referred to either as transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs) or as prion diseases. The ability of PrP to serve as a substrate for this template-mediated conversion process depends on several criteria but importantly includes the presence or absence of certain endoproteolytic events performed at the cell surface or in acidic endolysosomal compartments. The major endoproteolytic events affecting PrP are referred to as α- and β-cleavages, and in this review we outline the sites within PrP at which the cleavages occur, the mechanisms potentially responsible and their relevance to pathology.

For this reason, we propose an extension (QUEST#4X) of the radical subset of QUEST#4 ( , , 3720) to cover 110 doublet and 39 quartet excited states. Near-exact results obtained by iterative configuration interaction with selection and second-order perturbation correction (iCIPT2) are taken as benchmark to calibrate static-dynamic-static configuration interaction (SDSCI) and static-dynamic-static second-order perturbation theory (SDSPT2), which are minimal MRCI and CI-like perturbation theory, respectively.
