[The application of artificial intellect in health care: prospects and challenges for science and clinical medicine].

The paper analyses publications data related to issues of application of AI and machine learning systems in medical science and practice. The particular attention is paid to key points of AI application in health care: diagnostics, telemedicine, development of new medications, medical rehabilitation and management decision-making process. Despite broad perspectives of applying the given systems in clinical practice and pharmaceutical industry, there are a number of such unsolved problems as ensuring information security, risk of making erroneous decisions and necessity to change existing normative legal base of health care.

The article presents review summarizing contemporary National and foreign experience of implementing digital technologies under provision of services in health care. The most important objective of research is to involve into scientific circulation Russian empirical material in order to study transformation of culture of childbirth during transition from traditional to biomedical model of childbirth exemplified by material culture items (maternity beds, chairs, armchairs). The key approaches were those of historical anthropology, social history of medicine, theory of social control and medicalization.

[The studying of public health and health care as obligatory component of program of residency training].

The article considers the teaching of the discipline "Public Health and Health Care" to residents of all specialties. For analyzing attitude of residents to studying the discipline "Public Health and Health Care", as well as improvement of training physicians at the stage of residency and their full mastery of necessary competencies, survey was carried out on sampling of 424 residents of the second (graduate) year of training. The number of questions were formulated to be included into questionnaire to obtain data about respondents (age, gender, region of study, citizenship, experience of working at medical position) and to identify their attitude to the study of the discipline "Public Health and Health Care" " in residency (sections of program as practically applicable, assessment of form of teaching the discipline and use of educational technologies, including remote and digital learning, choice of universal and general professional competencies).

The purpose of the study is to investigate dynamics of mortality of population of the Siberian Federal Okrug resulted from toxic impact of alcohol in 2011-2020 and to comparatively analyze mortality of population of the regions of the Siberian Federal Okrug with general Okrug values. The study uses statistical data of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation. The analysis was applied to mortality of population of the Russian Federation, the Siberian Federal Okrug and the regions of the Siberian Federal Okrug (the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Tuva, the Republic of Khakassia, the Altai Kray, the Krasnoyarsk Kray, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk Oblast) resulted from toxic impact of alcohol.

[The pharmacogenetics as integral part of personalized medicine: problems and prospects].

The article considers issues of implementation into clinical practice the principles of 5P medicine in its part of individualization of therapeutic tactics considering genetic characteristics of patients. The analysis of studies concerning influence of allelic variations on metabolism, safety and tolerance of the most often prescribed medicinal preparations was implemented. The main assumptions of pharmacogenomics were considered.

Sociological, statistical and analytical research methods were applied. The study was carried out on the basis of polyclinics of both Moscow Health Department and Moscow private health care sector.

The skin malignant neoplasms constitute one of significant problems of public health. The increasing of morbidity and mortality of melanoma and other types of skin cancers is registered. The early detection of disease assures mortality decreasing and increases survival of patients.

[The mobile applications developed for self-control arterial pressure: systematic review and content-analysis].

The high prevalence of arterial hypertension and necessity for permanent monitoring of blood pressure requires implementation of new methods of interaction between patient and physician in order to optimize medical care. The purpose of the study was to describe and to evaluate functional possibilities of Russian-speaking mobile applications utilized in collecting blood pressure readings to monitor efficiency of arterial hypertension treatment. The study was carried out in June 2023 in three mobile application stores: Apple Store, Google Play and RuStore.

[The procedural aspects of postmortem defense of non-material goods of patient].

The protection of privacy of patient that is applying for medical care, diagnostics and treatment is one of the main pillars of implementation of medical activities. However, despite sufficient volume of legal regulation of lifetime respect of privacy of examination, observation and facts of medical intervention, in practice occur situations when privacy ceases to be such after death of the patient. The article is based on results of content-analysis of normative legal acts (n = 11), scientific publications (n = 52), cases of judicial practice (n = 8).

The article presents analysis of becoming of academic subject and scientific discipline "Public Health and Health Care Organization" in Russia from beginning of the 20th century to 1963. The special attention was paid to the role in their becoming and development that played the Chair of Public Health and Health Care Organization of the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University that is celebrating its centenary in 2023-2024 academic year. The contribution into this process of its prominent scientists and heads is considered.

The article presents brief descriptive review of manpower resources in health care of Greece, Spain and Bulgaria. It is noted that countries differ in redundancy of specialists at relative deficiency of general practitioners. The medical personnel of analyzed countries are characterized by aging, tendency to migration to other countries, deficiency of paramedical personnel and excess of required number of dentists that is especially pronounced in Bulgaria.

[The higher level of anxiety as a significant risk factor in evaluating health and social self-feeling in students of medical university].

The success of adaptation of students to conditions of educational process in Medical University is determined by complex of accompanying socio-psychological factors. The level of personal anxiety determines severity of impact of these factors on psychosomatic state of student. The high level of anxiety among students in conditions of educating in Medical University can significantly and multi-componently impact their physical organism, success in teaching and social well-being.

The patient satisfaction is one of the key criteria of quality of medical care and indicator of patient-oriented approach and factor determining competitiveness of medical organization. The purpose of the study - the comparative analysis of patient satisfaction with primary health care provided by general practitioner and district physician, taking into account their gender, age characteristics, frequency and goals of visiting polyclinic. Sociological study was carried out on the basis of out-patient medical organizations in Moscow, Kemerovo and Belgorod.

[The child and adolescent hypertension as a world-wide problem: prevalence, risk factors including neonatal ones].

The children hypertension is a serious threat to population health because uncontrolled children hypertension can result in exponential increasing of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, progression of kidney failure and premature death in adulthood. The main risk factors for primary children and adolescent hypertension are considered as cardiovascular biomarkers (fibro-blast growth), obesity, especially central obesity, overweight, low birth weight, high sodium intake, sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activity, socioeconomic and ethnic factors, as well as family anamnesis. The special place in studying children hypertension is occupied by problem of neonatal hypertension.

[The dynamic and structural indicators of population morbidity of diseases of skin and subcutaneous fat: the scientific review].

The diseases of skin and subcutaneous tissue represent consist medical and social problem due to their high prevalence. In the case of chronic course, dermatosis result in long-term temporary incapacity for work, disability and deterioration of quality of life of patients. The purpose of the study was based on analysis of scientific publications to assess level, structure and dynamics of morbidity of population, territorial features of prevalence of diseases of skin and subcutaneous tissue and risk factors for their occurrence.
